This location deserves more love. The staff here is absolutely fantastic and so nice, the food is always right and the 1 or 2 times there was a mistake, it was immediately corrected with no issue. I love getting food from this taco bell, the night crew is A++ y’all genuinely have kind people representing out here.

The girl working the drive thru on 12/20 around 7 pm at the Beau Rivage location… You rocked it tonight! Even though it was an overly busy night and you were running out of stuff you kept your cool and stayed friendly to us guests. Very impressive!

There’s no one to take orders at the counter, I was struggling with the extremely hard kiosk yelled for help twice and the workers were just on another planet. Not one person offered any assistance. I walked out and had to go to a more inviting restaurant, I’ll never go back

Dined in. We had our toddler with us. Staff made it seem like there was a problem with us dining in from the beginning. Our toddler was excited and let out a squeal. One of the workers from the back came around and said “oh hell naw, y’all got to get out of here with that.” Loud enough to where we could hear it, but not directly to us. Not to mention the food was cold, and the staff was using profanity our whole visit.
I filled out the after visit survey, and never received a response. Tacl Bell doesn’t care about the quality of their food, nor the customer service expereince and safety.

Don’t go to this Taco Bell location, Monkey Junction, during the last 30 minutes (at least) if you want your food prepared/made correctly and if you want to get that you paid for!!
My husband and I got to Taco Bell in Monkey Junction 20 minutes before the store closed on 10/21/18 @12:40a.m.. There were four cars in front of us and nobody behind us. The guy taking our order in the drive thru was very polite. After we ordered it wasn’t very long till we were at the second and last window. Less than 5 minutes. Here comes the unsatisfied customer part… my husband ordered 2 loaded baked potato grillers but what he actually got was a flour tortilla with a little bit of cheese and a half cup of cooked potatoes. No meat. He also ordered a beef and cheese burrito that he never received and some how a hard shell taco made it into our bag. I know the guy took our order correctly. He repeated it back to us. My 2 soft tacos were correct and fine but everything my husband had ordered to eat was messed up. And since we didn’t open any tacos up in the car, we didn’t find out until 25 ish minutes later (after they are already closed) when we got home and settled and ready to eat. We had no time to cook today because of exams and work so we thought taco Bell would be great option for dinner. Never had a disappointing time at this Taco Bell until tonight… And when the cooks are closing the taco they can see if there was no meat!!

Just waited at the drive thru for almost five minutes, said hello are you open? No response. Place is horrible terrible customer service no response from anyone. Never go back. Went back today big difference compared to a few years ago, must have new management. Tacos were fresh and delicious.
