Food was room temperature, not even warm. It was so poorly put together that an entire third of my burrito was nothing but sour cream. The other two items were so light on filling, they were mostly tortilla. They forgot to put in napkins and sauce packs. They weren’t even busy, just lazy.

I am so disappointed in the staff that worked here. Night shift needs to step their game up on customer service. A simple hello, how can I help you? Would go a long way but to look at me and say nothing is unacceptable. Training is needed in this store especially customer service. Manager was great. Drive thru lady and I use that lightly in this statement needs a voice box or something.

Super shorthanded & painfully slow. Went inside to order after sitting in the drive thru for 10 minutes without moving… Thinking going inside would be faster ♀️ stood unacknowledged for over 20 minutes before having to ask an employee to even take my order. Proceeded to see one customer walk out after being ignored entirely since she had come in while I was still waiting to order too. Two more customers waited closed to a half hour for two drinks . Kept looking for the adult in charge but it was just a few kids hiding in the back from the front register & a lobby full of new customers waiting to order, yikes!

Gave me barely enough cheese to cover the bottom of the cup and when I asked if that’s all that came with the combo one worker incompetentenly said “I don’t how much you’re supposed to get” as if they didn’t work there. Another off the clock worker took time to interject in the conversation and say “yeah it’s just like one or two pumps”. I worked for taco bell and know that was indeed not even one pump of cheese. They did after insulting my intelligence by acting like that was so much cheese bring me a new cup which I didn’t bother to eat. Rude and dirty bathrooms. Don’t bother.

27 minutes and only 4 cars in front to get through the drive thru. Seemed to be horribly under staffed so can’t blame the employees too much. Pay people so you can properly staff your resturant. My 2 tacos were absolutely smashed so unedible.

I will never order Taco Bell again. I ordered a Mexican pizza combo. There was mold all over the refried beans. I informed Doordash, then placed a call to Taco Bell. The girl made fun of me and then said we don’t serve food with mold, well then tell me how the hell mold got on the pizza from taco bell to my house. The bag was sealed so the Doordash driver didnt do it

Today the service wasn’t bad or anything most the time the service is ok but over and over when I go there I have been giving many chance now just to see if it got better the taco bell side is just lacking badly in quality and amount of taco filling you get but today was just it for me I know that this is a value item but shouldn’t be like this. Owner / GM really needs to go in and do some quality control before losing more business
