So when we arrived the girl at the front lobby checked us in and was unfriendly. We had to wait a bit which we understood and then got seated after 20 minutes. Interestingly,we noted, there were lots of empty tables while we were waiting. Ordered crab ragoon and there was no crabmeat in the ragoon, just a gooey creamy sweet white sauce, see picture. For the entree it was clearly communicated to have my food mild and ofcourse it came out firecracker spicy!! Our waitress did not even ask how our food was. We will definitely not be back!

Personally, I dont eat seafood but they have Cajun Fries and Chicken Tenders for those who dont like seafood. My family seemed to enjoy the food, the staff is super friendly, and the atmosphere is nice too. They have a turtle pond, but it does seem to be missing a basking area with a heat lamp.

First time coming here will definitely come back. I had the Buffalo chicken wings and fries it was delicious next time i would get them nakednot breaded. My family had the boil bags and they all loved it. I tried the corn and potatoes and sausage and WOW ! The seasoning was phenomenal! The hush puppies were very good. Our waiter was so friendly and very tentative. Everything was perfect! Highly recommend

ABSOLUTELY MEDIOCRE!!! Came in sat at the bar and the bartender didn’t even greet my friend and I. She walked around with an attitude and spoke to guest that she wanted but had the nerve to be glancing at us. Another woman came over and took our order. THE WEAKEST lemon drops ever were served. Not a hint of liquor and glass was chipped. Ordered a seafood boil and as soon as I looked at it I knew it was about to be BS. Shrimp were white and the liquid was so thin. I asked her to add more seasoning she’s “It has seasoning, any extra will be $1 more.” I don’t care if it was a nickel! I’m not paying extra for something that should have already been done. The bar on the side was filled with old orders and empty liquor boxes and no one cleaned it. The food was A COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY. I would neverrrrr eat here again. If you’ve ever had a real seafood boil or like your food seasoned, DO NOTTT COME HERE. Never again. Such a rip off with rude staff. 0 stars.

This place was great. Our waiter Ian was fantastic. The food was some of the best seafood we have ever had. We always get the flavor ls on the side, so we can taste the food and add as will fell the need. Some of the negative reviews are about salty flavors and price. The price was reasonable, and the flavor was fantastic.

The server was great even though she forgot to put in our appetizer, but everything else not so much. I’ve never had food served in a tied plastic bag. The fact that it came out fairly quickly after it was ordered says to me that it was either pre-cooked or at least par cooked.

The food here is great! Joe’s Crab Shack is second rate fodder compared to this place. The service is excellent and the girls that work here are sweethearts. Food is quality. Flavors are explosive in your mouth. Can’t say enough about this great place.

Service was excellent. We had the shrimp, scallop, snow crab, Dungeness crab, sausage, corn, potatoes, and eggs, all in cajun lemon garlic butter seafood seasoning!!! The clam chowder wasn’t great but I added the seafood seasoning to it, which made it better. Overall, a 5, will likely come back if we come back to Ft. Myers. Thanks, Ian!!
