Food quality has consistently gone down here, now Everytime I come the honey walnut shrimp is under cooked, the glaze g is still raw and it does not taste correct. Whomever is training has ensure low quality products, it is shameful to serve horrible food when better is expected. Efficiency has always been an issue at this location, it is dramatic now ….. Someone please go manage this location. Or shut it down before someone gets sick

This gets five stars for one simple reason: it never misses. It’s Panda Express, and it does Panda Express well. We usually order the family deal, it’s always fresh and always hits the spot.
If you’re in town for a while, Missoula has some fantastic local Asian restaurants worth trying. But if you’re rolling through on I-90 or super tired and just want to go home and need something fast and dependable, this Panda will not let you down.

If I was a person who would have no idea on how to cook this type of meal..well join the crowd..
To me it’s one of the best places to eat at, is here they can’t prepare the entree’s fast enough, so that means its hot and fresh..
So in closing be nice to the Panda express crew, they have a super busy job..and the lines are out the door for walk ins at lunchtime, dinner etc..
Call you’re order in early enough for pickup to be ready,,,,,, be patient and compliment them often..
THANKFULLY…Most people are kind to the Employees,,,,,after all were all one big Global Family and its 10 times better than the usual fast food out there..

I usually get the fried wontons and veggie rolls and they are fine for a quick fried food fix. The wait in the drive-thru is usually long so I try to avoid that. My husband has liked everything he has tried (pretty much the entire menu). I recommend it if you’re looking for a change on typical fast food.

Panda as a company is top notch, but this location is the worst branch I have ever been to. Make a mobile order? They couldn’t care less, they tell you straight to your face that literally every single other person has priority other than you. Solely because you order in the mobile app.
10, 14 people could have came and gone after you – still have not even started on your food.
Horrible. Never have I ever been treated this way. I do not know how they are allowed to run the branch this way.

It was a long, long wait at 1:30 pm on Friday. People were busy so it wasn’t because everyone was working hard but I stood a long time. The food was good though and the servers were very polite and apologized even though they couldn’t do anything about it. I think it would have helped if they had one more person dedicated to checking customers out. I waited a long time after my order was filled because person doing the c bash register was busy filling orders too. I won’t go in a Friday yoga in. Other times they have been busy but nothing like that.

Honestly love, panda express they have really good food! But today I had placed a mobile order at a reasonable time, yet still waiting over a hour past the given time on the mobile app….
Therefore, everybody that had pretty much walked in 30 minutes after I had put my food order in, had gotten their food and ate and left.
Same with the drive-through orders…
I was pretty disappointed in the service and management. Only after 25 minutes did somebody ask me if I had gotten my food just to tell me it would be another 20 minutes on top of that.
Don’t get me wrong. I understand how the industry works. I work in it myself I don’t mind waiting but what is ridiculous is how there wasn’t even that much food on my mobile order.

And before I had left I was praying for the other people that had also waited about 40-ish minutes for their food and were still there…..

Wait times are ridiculously unacceptable. Why do I wait 45 minutes in the drive through on one of their fast days? Why does it take 30 minutes from ordering inside to receiving your food? They’re not understaffed they’re just poorly ran. Corporate needs to come in and get this location into shape.

Amazing food every single time, but sometimes portions are a little small. Staff are very nice and started to recognize us and our order. Extremely cheap but very delicious for the price. Would recommend but portions are inconsistent.
