Did a mobile order and went to the window for them to ask me to pull around and park. Waited about 7 minutes and had a guy come out asking if I was waiting. I then told him yes so he went back inside to grab my food. Food was good except the fries had zero salt on them.

Not too bad of service. They are polite. However, I would recommend asking to have your food fresh. They might say it’ll be a 5 minute wait, but it’s worth it because if not they will serve you stale food that has been sitting under the heater for hours. Check your bag before pulling off, they accidentally forget the sauces or other items.

So I’m coming from a different state pregnant and hungry, excited to stop and grab food. I go through the drive thru asking for a large cup of ice I get to the window and it’s a small cup. I then ask is this the large cup he tells me that “that’s all they can do or he will have to charge me. Which was ok I’m a customer and I asked for a large cup of ice so if it’s a charge I wouldn’t mind paying for it. ITS WHAT I ASKED FOR. I then ask for another small cup of ice the supervisor rolls his eyes and hands me the cup of ice. I then get my food I had a large fry, they then fill my fries half way. I ask for a full fry the young girl roles her eyes snatched my bag takes it back through the window. (Which I heard is a health violation) rips it and brings it back and give it to me I then wait she comes back to the window with an attitude and a bag in her hand because she knew she had ripped the bag. I honestly didn’t care about the bag or her attitude just politely asked for two straws I never received. I was very surprised to experience this kind of service in this area. All I wanted was a cup of ice I didn’t mind paying for. & a full fry and two straws. I understand they were rushing but I didn’t deserve this treatment kindve made me sad. I hope in the future they do better with their service and the way they treat people.

Oh, Wendy’s! What can I say? Their burgers are like biting into a slice of heaven, especially if you enjoy the taste of burnt rubber. The fries are seasoned to perfection, with a healthy dose of salt that makes your mouth feel like the Sahara Desert. And let’s not forget about the chicken nuggets, which are essentially little balls of mystery meat that leave you wondering if you’re actually consuming chicken or some other questionable substance. But hey, when you’re on a long road trip up and down from NY, Wendy’s is definitely a great pit stop if you enjoy food that’s mediocre plus at best!

No issues with service was treated fine and food ready quickly. I ordered the new chicken mozzarella sandwich and it was nothing like the commercial as far as the mozzarella it was not stringy it was clumpy and for a combo it was crazy prices but guess that’s where everything is going is up. The sandwich was hot and chicken good but that clumpy mozzarella killed it. The new peppermint frosty isn’t bad not overwhelming in peppermint but I did order the small. Their chili used also be really good and hearty it’s now watery but still has decent flavor. Enjoy all and happy holidays
