We went through the drive thru and ordered two chicken chulupas and two soft tacos. Employee 1 was snappish and employee 2 took our order. When we asked for a receipt they said they have to take a photo for one. Also we were asked to have the person in front of us to pull back so they could get their order.

Service was horrible. Food was completely wrong( didn’t notice til after I was home) for the second time in a row of going to this location. Young lady at Service window couldn’t stop laughing & giggling with the other employees long enough to care about the drive thru customers. They were stopping drive thru customers before they could pull up to window & then pulling them up to make it seem as though they were getting orders out quickly because they’re on a timer. Never ever going to this location again. Wish there was a way to give 0 stars

Puts lettuce on every order when I specifically ask for no lettuce then made my fiance reverse in line to the last red pole as if they were worried about a ticket time. When there was nobody else in line. Absolute trash service

The staff forgot one main item and made an error on another item. We made the error in not checking till we returned home and had to go back to get the missing item and informed them of the error (lettuce on the taco – my husband won’t eat food if it touches lettuce). The cook in the back argued with the manager saying we didn’t look in the bag and inferred we were lying then held out the bag to us before snatching it back and challenging us directly saying “it was in the bag and the first thing he made.” The Cheesy Gordito Crunch was not in any of the bags and the other taco was wrong. We argued and he finally gave us our order but still messed up the soft taco with lettuce. This isn’t the first time they’ve left items off our order but it’s the first we’ve had time to go back for one. My husband never wants to go back to the restaurant.
