This Taco Bell experience was one of the best I’ve had. The service was nice and pretty quick for being busy at lunch. For $5-$6 you can get a good amount of food.

I placed an order in the app a few weeks ago and again last week. It was flawless. I ordered, paid, then drove up to the speaker, then window to collect my food. They were quick to make and hand me the food. The staff were friendly and fast. I’d return and recommend them. I did not go inside, so I cannot comment on the condition of the restaurant’s interior, but the exterior was in good shape. I did not notice anything in need of repair. The grass was cut, the pavement was in good condition, and the building looked fine as well.

This has been “ole reliable” Taco Bell with several familiar faces and kind employees. I don’t know if there was a managerial change. But the “new wave” of employees over the past several months are rude, dismissive, and lack any level of customer service. I came in to order something. They have it up on the sign but I can’t order it because it doesn’t start for another couple days or I have to go on an app. Customer service is pitiful. I even have a picture but they will not honor it.. I will never ever ever return to this Taco Bell ever again. The customer service was extremely rude. They didn’t want to honor what the sign said. Pretty damn sad when employees can’t run a Taco Bell. They ignore you at the counter and obviously don’t care about their performance. The food is cold and sloppy and takes far too long to prepare. No pride and flaunt their indifference. They dress like slobs, shuffle around and never look at the customers. Floor and tables are filthy. Touch screens for ordering food are sticky. And they all want $15/hour ?

I used to go to this Taco Bell at least twice a week, but management has changed and now the place is an absolute mess. Slow service, food not prepared properly, orders wrong. When you go back to get it corrected, it’s like you’re bothering them. Rude, no sense of urgency. Terrible. The last time I visited, I talked to a manager who said his name was John. He should stay away from customers. He has no business talking to people. Listen. There are lots of Taco Bells. Do your self a favor, stay away from this one.

Slow as molasses. It took us one hour from entering the drive through line to getting our food. Then they gave us the wrong food and the woman at the window had an attitude when we asked for the correct food (we ordered chicken and all of our food was beef).
