Normally when I walk into a Starbucks you see happy employees, not this one they are all unhappy. I got two brown sugar shaken espresso’s and they were basically 2 different iced coffees. One was super dark the other was super light both no cinnamon or brown sugar. This is not the first time we get a drink like this from this location just can’t get it fixed if they can’t actually make the drinks.

The one star is because I got a brown sugar shaken oat milk espresso that was way too dark. I NEVER say anything when my drink is bad but I got the nerve this time. I asked for just a little more oat milk. She pours out HALF my drink and adds to rest of oat milk. I was shocked. It was horrible 🙁

Worst Starbucks in the area. Almost 90% of the time coffee drinks don’t come out right. Go to Rocky hill Starbucks for a good cup of coffee.

First off there was no line to start no one announced my drinks were done. I go to pick up my cups and my hands get covered in chocolate and caramel syrup. Since the sink was right next to me I attempted to use it and the woman snapped And said don’t touch that… I said don’t speak to me in that disrespectful way. She said that’s not your sink. NOTE the sink didn’t say employees only at least not that I could see. I’m like if you did your job correctly and not left a nasty mess on the outside of the cups I wouldn’t have too. It would be more excusable if it was busy or extremely busy but it was not. By the way this was not the first time! Do they really think that customers want to pick up cups with nasty stickiness on the cups and then have to go wash their hands and clean the cups off???? I mean is this appropriate they seem to think it is! I will never patronize this place again trust and believe. If the owner of this location is smart they will reassess and evaluate these employees and the way they treat customers.

At this point I think I’m addicted to Starbucks. I’d have to say unless they mess up on my drink or the staff is bad, they are probably always gonna get a 5 from me. Great job at this location last time I visited with my co worker.
