Not being at a Taco bell in years, I thought all I’ve heard were just rumors on food quality was just hype. Well, this is worser than I thought. The speed of the items ordered (tacos) and a burrito were not filled properly. a small portion if you call it any meat at all…The lettuce was the star on all 10 tacos. I ordered!!! They lacked the ingredients that I would call a Taco… More like the shell and lettuce and tomatoes. . the temperature was not hot or warm. I found the speed of the worker was really rushed not good .the preparation lacked the food quality. Or flavor. The burrito was not at all warm. The serving trays with the food ingredients ( meat) looked like it was glued to the sides of the metal from moisture.. temperature and the lettuce and tomatoes were not at all cold… I wouldn’t go to Taco bell .lat all under these conditions…the money spent was not worth it. ($46) I think all these Taco bells should really rethink and inspect the tray temperatures of the ingredients . This could be a health hazard. Waiting 25 minutes for cold food and with no receipt in the bag led me back to wait 10 more minutes to receive it. Poorly managed. Will make my food at home.

Imagine paying 9.00 for nacho bell grande and they give you all the nacho crumbs then cover it with cheese. Check your food before leaving people.

I have no idea where they hire some of these young people, but if they were hired because the company thought that they could add value from them and they actually get paid I definitely won’t be going to this Taco Bell anymore. They need to do a better job with their staff through the drive-thru the young girl was absolutely rude and I just canceled my order and of course driving by nothing but kids just standing around..it’s like there’s no manager present there’s several times I almost parked my vehicle and went in there, but they were young kids and obviously not worth it..no work ethic. They don’t know how to speak to a customer as far as I’m concerned, they add absolutely zero value and in return lost a customer … Very sad. it’s only Taco Hell with Generation Alpha

I attempted to come here for lunch. Place was busy but not crazy. Staff seemed super overwhelmed. I ordered at the touch screen because that’s the only way they take orders (can’t imagine how bad the service would be if they had to take orders themselves). I ordered 2 items and waited a little over 25 minutes. Then the group behind me got their large order. I attempted to ask the girl (blonde/brown braided ponytail) working what was going on with my simple 2 item order. She immediately had an attitude saying “can’t you see were busy”

Ordered online for lunch and did an in the store pickup. When i got there, not a single car was in the drive-thru. When i went into the store, there were 6 other customers waiting at the counter. I was monitoring my order in the app, which said it was being made. Of the people inside, i am assuming they all ordered in the store. That’s when the drive-thru started getting busy. Again, not a single car when i got there and 6 customers in the lobby. I watched as 5 orders went out the drive-thru window before a single person in the lobby was taken care of. One of the customers had to ask for someone to take his order. I sat there for over 20 minutes. Point is there was nobody paying attention to the customers in the lobby, and when orders were ready, the service was terrible. They called a name and handed a bag over. I didn’t hear a single apology for the wait, nor did i hear what could be considered as a single common pleasentry. I was astounded. I worked fast food in high school and i understand it gets busy, but simple pleasant customer service isn’t hard. My phone finally indicated my order was ready and i sat there waiting to be called. For another 3-5 minutes, nothing. I asked where my order was, and the person behind the counter went to a rack in the back and grabbed it. I checked in on the app so they knew i was there. Nobody could have called on me? I had to ask for the order? Come on, you can do better. Someone needs to take a closer look at the customer service at this location. When it was renovated and re-opened it was grea, but slowly, over the last few yea, it’sts degraded significantly.

Not much has changed in the decade or so since I last ate at a Taco Bell. The only things that are different? – items are smaller, tortillas are a little thinner (my self-destructing Burrito Supreme exploding in my hand), bland food, and they now display calorie count for each item, which is the only good thing I found. Did my Burrito Supreme Combo fill the empty hole in my stomach? – kind of, but I’m ashamed for having eaten something that lacks nutrition.

My Father went to this taco bell establishment and found himself getting cussed out when he wanted to add a steak quesadilla to his order. He politely asked for the store managers information and the manager slammed the drive through window and treated him with the utmost disrespect.

Placed a Mobile order at this location at around 9:15. I drive over to the location. Only minutes from my house and went to the drive through. I told them I had a mobile order and they said pull around to the window. I got to the window and had to verify what I ordered. Then was asked to drive around front to wait for 5 minutes for a simple order to be made. The below is how I received my Cinnabon coffee. What the hell.it costs $2.39 for that? The guy next to me was complaining he was missing stuff from his order as well.

Not a fan of standing around talking and not doing their job efficiently. Obviously talking and working at the same time is good but just standing, talking and not doing your job is not a good thing
