The customers were as happy as the staff behind the counter. I met the owner, who took a few minutes with me, which was really appreciated.
I understand that a high school band is coming from Buffalo, Minnesota, to play in the Hingham 4th of July Parade on Thursday, [wait for it] July 4th!
That band [approximately 100 high schoolers, band leaders, and chaperones] just confirmed that they’ll be ordering lunch for their entire group at the Hingham EuroMart store located on Station Street, right at the end of the Parade!
I guess my recommendation worked out pretty good, eh?!!

Place is nice and the bread they use for subs is great. Often go and get Italian there. Not as generous! As Jersey Mike’s on meats, but a solid sub. I ask for 2x everything in it for an extra $.
I think the sub rankings in area is:
Jersey Mike’s
EuroMart
Victorias

Euromart in Downtown Hingham on Station St, where Sub Galley used to be, makes delicious subs, all one size, on fresh, long bread that’s crusty on the outside and delectably soft on the inside. The ingredients, like the soft mozarella used in our favorite prosciutto di parma and caprese subs, are super fresh. The owner George is there in the afternoon to happily greet his customers and run the cash register. Unlike his original Euromart store, which is twice as big and located on Whiting St also in Hingham, this store does not sell sodas, alcohol. But it does sell chips, cookies, chocolates, pastas and other small items. I get subs there for lunch once a week for me and my kids.

Great bread on this Italian sub. Baguettes make the world go round. All my friends like baguettes in their mouths.
