Reviews
Hoseki at Delaire Graff is nothing short of exceptional. From the moment you arrive, you’re greeted with world-class hospitality and a sense that you’re about to experience something extraordinary. The setting is immaculate — elegant, intimate, and framed by the most breathtaking views in the Cape Winelands.
The food is simply on another level. Every course is a masterpiece, crafted with incredible precision and creativity. The flavours are refined yet bold, the ingredients immaculate, and the presentation absolutely flawless. It’s the kind of dining where you savour each bite because you genuinely don’t want it to end.
Service is equally outstanding. The team is warm, knowledgeable, and attentive without ever feeling intrusive. They guide you through the menu with passion and genuine care, making the entire experience feel personal and memorable.
A special mention – we bought our 3 year old and they gave him a colouring book and looked after all his demanding needs. A terrific place for lunch with family.
Fresh veggies from their gardens, ethically sourced fish, incredible sushi and robata grill dishes, with flavours that balance delicacy and depth. Outstanding service, beautiful design touches (the art, the interior, the views) — it’s a top pick for a memorable dinner in the Winelands.
The fish was incredibly fresh and the blue fin tins melts in your mouth it’s so good!
We were celebrating our honeymoon and they even came by with a dessert plate with a kind note on it.
