This place is a must-try if you’re in Athol! I ordered the chicken fillet and Korean chicken sandwiches, along with their wedge fries. The Korean chicken sandwich was the standout for me, but both were incredibly delicious. The fries were seasoned to perfection and everything was very reasonably priced. Phenomenal quality and value. I will absolutely be back every time I come back to Athol. My only regret is not taking pics of the food to post.

Le Cordon Bleu training, farm raised, and brought to you locally at Super 1 Foods, Athol location. The portions are huge here and even the breads are made in house for a VERY reasonable price, so much so you don’t even need a side dish. Massive sandwiches that might trigger a nap. The Loaded Steak, the Calabrian, and the Tonkatsu are my favorites. There is an overall HEARTH to The Golden Fleece’s food style. If you want to be fed well and good, and your in the neighborhood… You will never beat these prices, marketing locally to the folk that live and build lives here, a definite solid choice, prices from 10$ and below, will fill your belly, but not empty YOUR wallet. 1-up your hunger at Golden Fleece!

I really appreciate the time and effort put into the food. It shows. Great flavors. I rarely eat out because I enjoy cooking and I hate spending money on food I could make better. The Golden Fleece is not that. Better than I can do it sandwich’s. Been a weekly treat for us since we tried it. Great portions for the cost. Highly recommend the Korean chicken sandwiches. If you haven’t tried Golden Fleece yet you definitely need to!
Also the creativity for the weekly desserts is awesome! Nice to have the rotating menu to change it up.

Got the lamb burger, Korean fried chicken sandwich, and waffle fries. Everything was delicious, best food we’ve ever had from a food truck and we were in disbelief of the low prices with the quality of food. Would recommend everyone eat there.

The Golden Fleece Burger is outstanding. The bun is amazing- not your typical hamburger bun, more like a brioche or something. Very soft. The crinkle cut fries have a seasoning that is really, really good.
