Are you kidding us with this hot mess? No toilet paper, soap, or paper towels in women’s restroom, turned corner in to lobby to at least use hand sanitizer, it was empty.
The food may have looked more appealing had a blind person prepared it, absolutely zero care taken to get items made correctly and we were missing food items on top of what was already a disastrously prepared order.
Not a single table in the dining room had been cleaned, top of a booth’s seat, laying on a table. The drink area looked like a tornado ripped through it, the trash cans were spilling over and needed emptying. The KFC and Taco Bell condiments were mixed together, you had to search through to find what you wanted in the pile.
Every time I think, KFC, let’s see what’s going on, it’s a terrible experience.

I ordered 3 5 piece tenders meals with potato wedges When I opened the boxes the chicken was tough and uneditable with barbecue sauce on everything in the box covered in bbq sauce. The potato wedges were obviously old and I couldn’t bite them I tried several times to call with no answer

I ordered ahead on the app. When I got there, of course there was a wait of another 10 minutes. My order was completely wrong. Items were forgotten and counts were wrong. When a person orders 10 pc nuggets they expect to get 10 pieces. My bad! I didn’t count before I left. We got 7 nuggets. No sauces, no biscuits, no courtesy from the employees. Don’t go to the Emporia KFC!

Went on a busy Friday and was told the wait could be long but the people was nice and the place smelled like someone was doing some cleaning so I waited. It was worth the wait because my food was better than i expected. Good job KFC.

Guys, I know it’s KFC and you can’t expect much but you have got to be kidding me. Let’s start with the fact that they wouldn’t sell a 5 piece tender meal. She said she could only ring up 3 of 8???? That’s wild but that’s fine. The place was absolutely filthy. I have picture of every single table being dirty, trash cans inside overflowing and nowhere to throw trash away and they even had a section roped off with caution tape. Bathroom was unreal. They really need to do better.
