Good food as always with Panda but this location is VERY busy. The service is good but I think they might of just been short a few people that day. Garbage was overflowing. Walk way and tables were dirty. If they were properly staffed they could maybe keep up with it.

This location is horrendous! Upon entering, we were never greeted or told that they would be with us in a few minutes because they were busy. There was never a “thanks for waiting as well.” We ordered our food and go to pay at the register. I asked the cashier for hot mustard packets. I got one measly packet for my whole meal and my fiancé got 0. They barely fill up your plate compared to other locations. Save your money and go eat somewhere else when you’re in this area!

Worse panda location I ever came across cashier was rude as hell .I ask for supergreens which were very low in quantity in his bowl and he didn’t even answer . His manager LOUIS stared yelling at me saying u have to wait 25 minutes or go somewhere else which I never expected from someone at manager position. Ordered online but these guys gave me the wrong order. I placed an order for broccoli and beef and Angus steak which shows online they have. Instead they give me black pepper steak, like what!. And of course Angus steak is extra and still got charged that extra for it. Instead of them calling me and letting me know they don’t have it and make another choice they rather try get one over you. You bums! That black pepper steak looks horrible. Definitely not eating that.

Food was not warm but the quantity was great. The bottle drink in the cooler was not cold and soon I picked one drink and the staff immediately put another. Advice, keep the drinks in the cooler so they get cold and then put in an ice cooler so they be cold when someone grabs it. Putting the drinks in an ice cooler does not make it drink cold immediately.
