This place wasn’t what I expected it to be. It’s located in a shopping center near a gas station. I almost passed it. There’s parking out front. Before you enter the establishment you can purchase crawfish. Once inside there’s a huge selection of snowballs to choose from and they come in various sizes starting at 8oz for $3. I wanted to order a specialty one but they were out of the flavor I wanted to try. My son ordered a bubble gum snow cone. We had a choice of three colors so we decided on yellow. The snow cone was very good! The flavor is on point and the texture of the snow is just right. They accept Apple Pay. The service was fine as well. I gave 3 stars because the place was a bit unkempt and the restroom was out of order. All in all the snow cones are top notch but wanted to share an overall honest opinion.

I stopped by to get beignets for my sweet tooth. The place smelled of fabuloso some fragrance which smelled nice. I then ordered 3 for $5.50 and ask if they were like the ones in New Orleans. They looked great! When I got home and took a bite I could taste freaking fabulouso or whatever air freshener the place smelled like. I really wanted to eat them so I tried but every bite made me worry I was going to be sick from whatever I was tasting. Sadly disappointed as I try to support private owned businesses.

Came due to all the Great Reviews! Sadly let down as soon as walking in the music was not the kind you would play in what seems a family-oriented establishment. Very vulgar, it was then changed after about 1 minute of playing to play another explicit song! Went on ordering because of all the hype. I really wanted a snow cone! The young lady taking the order rolls her eyes halfway through. I only ordered (4), and they were very simple orders. Customers coming in, she rolls her eyes. I’m just going to say not a friendly person to be in customer service. We got our snow cones, and the order was all wrong. I didn’t even want to bother getting it corrected due to time and didn’t have the energy to deal with attitude! It was not a great experience! Maybe my snow cone would have been better if it had been made correctly!

If I could give this place ZERO stars then I would. Bt only did it take 38min to get 2 regular snowballs, they didn’t even put my cream that I paid for on. This place is a joke & the workers are rude. 2 works while the other 2 threw ice at each other & do nothing. Don’t waste your time!

My Big brother Aaron and I have been passing by a few times but we we’re always busy shopping ️ elsewhere but anyway finally made it here yes definitely delicious better than Red wagon and Bahama buck’s they use real cream here y’all not that watered down stuff it’s located next to a ⛽ station. It’s a nice sized building friendly service, keynote be patient with the staff you won’t regret it ❤️ lot’s of snow cone flavors and small treats awesome

This was my go to spot but this is my second time going and the snowball is just mostly ice in the middle. They use to be very good with the amount of syrup that was being added. For reference this is a strawberry (red) and mango (yellow) snowball.

Floor was super sticky. Workers really need to work on their process of order taking and fulfilling orders. Had to wait 25 mins for 2 snow cones. Makes no sense. A lady came in after me and got her snow cone before I got my 2. I’ll never go back and based on these reviews they won’t be in business much longer without a major overhaul.

Closest we’ve come to Nola snowballs in Houston so far but can’t say we found the right one yet. It was too icy and there were big ice chunks here and there. It is a cute spot though and the lady was really nice so come here if you want a treat to cool off. It’s at least better than the shaved ice food trucks around Houston.

Worst beignets I have had. They were heavy and tasted of oil. Also ordered the banana beignets and that was also disappointing. The bananas were not ripe enough so were not sweet. The scoop of ice cream was so small, it looked like it had been scooped by a little cookie scoop, not an ice cream scoop.

My husband and I were on vacation and decided to try sweet sneaux. There have been so many mixed reviews regarding their customer service but I wanted to see for myself. Now granted they close at 8 pm and we arrived at 7:30 pm for a snow cone. They ran out of ice!! Well that’s what my husband was told before a lady walks out with a snow cone and the person working locks the door. This is Ridiculous! You never know how far people travel to visit your establishment! Good thing The Snow Cone Lady is still open. We had a very pleasant experience at her shop and the snow is amazing! Great flavor and Great attitude! Wish I could say the same about this place! But this place is a ZERO out of 10 for professionalism! Taste I couldn’t… so yeah Zero!! Stop patronizing black owned businesses with workers that have nasty attitudes! But let me show grace because maybe she’s having a bad day! Still be polite no matter what, you never know who your customer is.
