Such a cute idea and I did enjoy the atmosphere. I have been to a rotary bar in Chicago, and it was fantastic. The problem with this location is quality and freshness. When I was here last the service was decent, atmosphere nice, but sushi totally unappetizing and most dishes cold. When I think of rotary sushi I think of constant and consistent dishes coming out. For the number of employees they had, I was surprised that I picked up a roll that actually smelled rotten. I would come again but probably only for appetizers and drinks because the food overall is mediocre at best due to the lack of freshness. The desserts were great.

We came here for lunch and I ordered a Tonkotsu Ramen. The noodles came with a whole braised egg and three slices of grilled chashu. I enjoyed the smoky flavor of the grilled pork, and the noodles overall tasted really good. The quality certainly feels comparable to a ramen restaurant. We also ordered some sushi. While the fish was fresh and of good quality, we didn’t enjoy the nigiri due to the rice. It was a bit too dense, sticky, and not warm. My son enjoyed his bento box. People who work there are nice and helpful.

It is a must for the full dining experience to sit at a table with the rotary belt. It is so much fun! But I’ll warn you– it will be easy to lose control and grab EVERY delicious THING passing by you… the plates will stack… your waiter will come to count them and look wide eyed at the colorful tower you’ve erected… you will feel a small flash of shame, then rub your sushi baby belly and know it was all worth it. Your bill will hurt as bad as your tummy– but this is what you came for!

One of the best Sushi places around Chicago area. A variety of great quality dishes to choose from the belt and the digital tablet. Sushi is fresh and very well made, however bento box is not available. Due to its enormous popularity, normal wait is about 30-40 mins during dinner time. A good option is to go to the next door bubble tea shop to grab a drink while waiting.

Fun place with great food. The conveyor belt is cool but you can order off the menu and they will bring it to you as well. Staff are friendly and helpful. Bathrooms are clean. Prices can get up there but its sushi and fresh. Full bar as well.

My wife and I love Sushi Plus! We’ve spent at least a thousand dollars in this resteraunt, and we have no plans on trying anyplace else. We are always amazed how the sushi tastes so fresh. A couple of months ago, we tried a different place, and we were disappointed because it just couldn’t compare to Sushi Plus. We will never try another place again!

The server Tank wasn’t the nicest when I was wanting to use my coupon of my card and I didn’t know once you used it they take it away from you. They should allow the customer to continue adding on their card. The food is decent and you get tired of seeing the same sushi going around the rotary. There was no ginger on site either. It get pretty packed after 11am. I wont be returning anymore.
