Great spot for sushi that you shouldn’t be able to get the the mountain west with all due respect. Prices are pretty fair here.

Been missing this spot for a while due to the wait usually. At one end, the long wait sucks but it shows you how good the spot is. We finally made it back here and they did not disappoint. Shout out to Camila who prepared all our dishes. We ended up sitting at the bar to expedite getting a spot and we did get to enjoy the process of making the dishes.

The best Sushi restaurant in Salt Lake City by far. Excellent Sushi and service! Came here for the first time with a date and was blown away at how amazing the Sushi here was. We sat at the bar and the Sushi chef that took care of us was fun to talk to and made our rolls beautifully. We also had a couple glasses of Sake which topped it all off. If you’re looking for the best quality Sushi restaurant in town, look no further than Takashi!

Real hip sushi spot located in downtown area of Salt Lake. This place gets filled up fast so best to get your name in earlier than later. Inside decor is done well and the atmosphere is lively. The sushi was phenomenal, everything we ate was a delight to our palette. Let us wanting more till I couldn’t eat anymore. Service was a little on the less attentive side since they were busy but then again this was a Monday evening. I can only imagine Friday or Saturday nights. Woild certainly love to revisit when I’m back in town.

This is hands down the best sushi restaurant in SLC! Food and service! We enjoy ordering from their special menu as their selections are inline with the top sushi restaurants in San Francisco. If you like different or want to be adventurous your server will be knowledgeable to guide you. This is our regular spot when in town. They don’t take reservations so just plan on waiting for a table but worth it. I didn’t take many photos the three times I was there lol! I was too busy enjoying the atmosphere and most of all food!

By far the best recommended Sushi spot in SLC. Has its own twist but don’t be intimated by the menu. Ask your server what you prefer and they will link the right items up. Excellent recommendation by my SLC locals.

I was in Salt Lake City and this was the spot we chose for dinner. It was the best choice we could have made. The sushi was really great with the perfect amount of selections. They had plenty of options for someone who can’t eat a lot of the sticky rice. It’s beautifully presented. The drinks were equally as yummy. And in fact they had plenty of non-alcoholic. Interesting choices to pick from as well. We arrived on a Monday evening around 6:00. We did have to wait between 45 minutes and an hour for our table. However, there is a bar right next door you can sit at and have a nice appetizer and some drinks. One thing to know is you can’t take the drinks from the bar next door which is attached to it into the restaurant. The weight was completely worth it. I would go back again in a hot second.

Love love love this place! Best sushi in Utah for sure! If you are planning to come here plan a few hours in advance, they are very popular and don’t take reservations that is the only down side, other than that food and service 200%

Best sushi in Utah. It was busy the night we went. Grabbed a drink next door while we waited. Becky was a delight and got us seated as quickly as possible.
