You can never go wrong with quality at Cheesecake Factory. The food is always consistent. Our server, Janice, was attentive and friendly. She always checked on us and made sure our drinks was always full. Great service.

Normally it’s pretty great but this time it was dirty & even after they cleaned our table it was not to my liking. My rolls were not fresh & hot & neither were my fries. I did send them back but they came back the same. My fried chicken was delicious & hot but I didn’t taste any honey or truffles. Asparagus was overcooked & no flavor. Our waitress was exceptional! I would go back just for her.

The food looked great however it was overcooked, came to the table cold, it was not worth waiting 30 minutes for a table, it was dirty trash on the floor out side of the restrooms, dropped butter on the floor stayed their till i crossed the room and picked it up. The food was great and the atmosphere was amazing. What really earned the 5 stars from me was the service. Our server Janice A and she was phenomenal. She was not only attentive but she made sure our food was perfect and that we never had empty cups. Janice was truly one of the best servers I have ever had. I cannot recommend this restaurant enough to anyone in the Palm Springs area.
