Some restaurants are not a good fit for drive thru. You have to use a touch screen to enter your order. Every step needs a touch…condiments, lettuce, bread and cheese selections. If you’re getting multiple sandwiches the people behind you are in for a long wait! The next stop is the window. No one there to greet you and collect your money until the order is complete. A very useless feature. I’ll be walking into my next Subway next time.

Of course food and cleanliness is the most important thing but so is customer service and being made welcomed. The employees who work there are for the most part, courteous and nice but the manager or owner can take a lesson on friendliness and customer service from his own employees He was even more rude when we were on lockdown.

Very bad service here. I always pre order and select curbside, I give them enough time and even after I get the verification email that order is ready, nothing! I have to wait in the car for 20 minutes while the drive through people get serviced first.
