Went for lunch with my daughter for a quick bite. There was a problem with the app, computer took all my points but didn’t take price down. But the new GM Deb was very kind, and helpful! I will definitely be back to this location only! The place is clean and kept up! Employees are kind and do their jobs. Great work to everyone, especially the new GM!

I get 30 mins for lunch, sat for 25 in the drive through before i pulled forward to the window to order. Staff did not give me my complete order and told me not to come back. plus the person taking orders took her headset off after orders and walked away, they should have been smart and muted the mic as i could still hear them talking inside. yes i was frustrated and was vulgar, but never should an associate return any anger, does not matter who they think they are. will be contacting corporate.

We live really close by and we love Wendy’s but getting the biggie bags we expect to at least have a “okay filled” fry. They aren’t fresh and they barely put ANY in them at all. How disappointing!! I get it isn’t a large fry but I expect this tiny container to somewhat have fries in them smh.

Went there for lunch. The drive thru service was fine, but when I got back with my food I realized most of my fries were undercooked really badly, raw and cold. Then I went to eat my burger and realized they only gave me one piece of undercooked bacon on the burger along with some pieces of fat. Not good food at all and Wendy’s is usually one of my favorites.

I hate when it’s all young boys on staff. Tonight all young boys were on staff. They were goofing around a lot. I’m Not sure if they were doing nasty things to the food, but they seemed like they were. I was getting bad vibes. Fries were way too salty, so I asked the manager/staff to remake them and it seemed like he dipped the same fries back in hot greese. He gave them back to me very greesy and they still had salt on them. So I just threw all the food in the trash. I should of just returned everything, but I was livid. Never going back to that Wendy’s again.
