Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn’t help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we’re still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

Excellent location, clean restaurant.
The manager Mike ( who is a Texas native) is friendly and is attentive to customers. My food is always fresh and my orders are always correct. Whataburger is literally my favorite restaurant and has been for 20+ years. The same quality and customer service is still top notch !

My burger was cold, I asked for it to be cut in Half with bacon. The bacon was a small piece… not even a half of a slice. I refused to take my order back in due to having to wait a long time to begin with. I am shocked with tht amount of time it took that my food was cold. 2nd time coming from FL that I have been to this restaurant and it was trash.

This is always the go to place to get a good fast food burger and fries… It doesn’t matter what you order even a shake is awesome… I’ve never had a bad experience at Whataburger they are always nice food hot every time… I just wish they’d build one in Tupelo… Guess what we’re getting a Whataburger in tupelo come October I found out a week after our trip and my family is so excited thank you whataburger for making their dreams come true they love your food better then any other fast food burger joint since we left Texas it’s been hard to get a good fast food burger and fries now we can and I can even get those good cinnamon rolls

I had a great experience at this Whataburger location. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially Maya, who made sure my order was correct and served me with a positive attitude. My burger was fresh, flavorful, and made just the way I wanted, and the fries were hot and crispy. Overall, the service and food were both excellent.

As I Texan growing up with Whataburger it is sad to see how Whataburger is now I haven’t visited in a year now and I have been reminded today as to why I don’t go anymore. Absolutely a disgrace I waited in line for 47.5 minutes (yes I timed it) for cold limp fries if I knew ir would be taken this long I could’ve gone to the store and made my own food for a quarter of the price! How are you gonna make me wait almost an hour just to serve me cold undercooked fries!? Looked like they only had 3 people on shift this is ridiculous just another great company destroyed by private equity I will no longer support you guys in anyway.

Had to wait over 30 minutes to get the wrong order after I had to go ask about it. Then had to wait another 20 minutes for them to make the right one. The lady that took our order and the man that helped us figure out the right one were nice though. Next time I will go next door to chick-fil-a since they never mess it up and are so much faster!
