I was an employee here and I was witness of the terrible service towards customers. The dark haired manager and the blond lady are rude and feel superior towards everyone including new young coworkers. I as well as customers were treated with disrespect. They never taught me how to use the register since I was their puppet. I was 19 when I started working at this Subway and decided to quit three weeks later because I could no longer bear the horrible environment and treatment. Those 2 ladies are friends and have no empathy or respect towards people. Also, they are extremely racist. This is not the first time I hear from customers and other employees from the same and different subways that the ladies offer poor service. From the bottom of my heart I apologize to all customers who have had the unluckiest of days to walk through the doors of this Subway. To conclude, I absolutely do not recommend this place, unless they no longer work here.

Disrespectful employee that impersonates being a manger. Poor service supplying negative ill energy preparing food should not be something that is paid or supported… employees hang up on incoming calls, show disrespect when talked to in person , they don’t wear their name tags and refuse to supply their names when asked during an issue. After finding out she wasn’t the manager when asked to contact the manager she refused. DONT SUPPORT THIS TYPE OF SERVICE save your money exchange for a better managed place.

Walked in to order a sandwich, and the girl working was very dismissive. She did not wanna help. She try to send me away as she kept telling her Co worker she wanted to go home, everything I asked for she was out of.

This place has sadly gone downhill since the last time I came. Their cheddar cheese was cracked, dry and hard. The turkey was sweating. And the roast beef was turning green. To make it worse, when I pointed it out the the employee, her response was that the manager wasn’t there- so there’s nothing she can do about it!

Words can’t express how upset I am at this Subway in Rialto. I ordered my food online (two 12 inch and one 6 inch). I had my son and my daughter go pick it up. And when they got home I opened the bag and there was only one 12 inch and two 6 inch subs. I took the unopened food back to the store with the receipt and the manager said she made the sandwiches tIhe right way, two 12 inch and one 6 inch. I said here are the sandwiches with the receipt that was taped to the bag in front of you. She looked at the receipt and she pointed at the receipt and said “I know I made two 12 inch and one 6 inch.” I told her “I’m still missing a sandwich.” She was rude and refused to give me the sandwich I ordered, and she took my receipt, then said “I didn’t know where the receipt was and she never saw it” after I asked for my receipt. She told me that I would have to cancel the order online to get a refund for my money. She also would not let me open the sandwich to show her that I did not get the full 12 inch. She would not show me how to cancel the order online, so I had to leave the store with one 12 inch and two 6 inch sandwiches. I can not believe that an establishment would treat their paying customers that way! But I guess that is why they only have 2 stars on reviews. I will never go back there again and I want everyone to know that they treat their customers like trash. The picture shows her holding my receipt in her hand but she still saud she never saw the receipt. Pictures don’t lie lady!

You have got to be kidding me if you charge me 14 dollars for a sandwich I expect it to be good and made how I requested. You charged me for avocado and my sandwich had all but one little slice of avocado in it why? If I ask for sweet onion sauce on my sandwich why are you giving me a dry sandwich? These are questions I actually want answered. I actually gave you guys a shot again today after years and you managed to make this a horrible experience yet again. Just because I moved over to help the line move along when you guys were busy was no reason to short me on my avocado and decide to give me no sauce after I specified what I wanted maybe even twice. I ended up throwing the sandwich to some stray cats it tasted horrible to be honest maybe I should have expected it. Oh well $14 in the trash. NEVER AGAIN!

Omg the most horrible experience I’ve ever been treated. If i could give negative stars i would, right from the start me and my wife sat down to see the menu and not even 2 mins in we get a rude attitude tone saying are we going to order. Now I’m an extremely nice person didn’t respond to her tone but still sed yes we are just looking at the menu. With that sed she rolled her eyes and gave a big ugh… Still i ignored, i asked my wife to to ahead and ordered and it all went down hill from that.
