Ordered a bowl for the first time and asked for utensils and got this. No knife. Poorly made. Was looking forward to this but ended up highly disappointed. And frankly this ruined my perception of this and will not get again especially from here I’ll just stick to jersey mikes.

Esmerelda had the worst customer service ever. I sincerely hope Subway gets a grip on her poor service because reflects negative on the company. She was very unreasonably rude. Please address or im never coming back and I will let all my friends know about the poor service. Disappointed!

Told me they didn’t have a working bathroom but I feel like she was lying. Also didn’t offer me my receipt she just threw it away without asking if I wanted it. I get they’re 16 year olds working but they need to be trained better.

Forgot to do the review but I came in the morning a few days ago. Food was alright, lady was rude. I felt like they were just trying to get me out of there even though it was slow. I will definitely not be returning. I didn’t think it would be hard to have simple courtesy.

This has to be the worst Subway in Riverside county. I come here on my break, and every single time there is one person working. Making sandwiches, cashier. One person doing everything on a Saturday around lunch time. If it’s two or three customers in, it took near an hour to get one turkey sandwich. Horrible, also always out of something rather it’s bread, cookies, chips. Never stocked up on everything. I will never come back here, I was late back to work twice because of the long wait. I feel sorry for the young lady working by herself. She is working to hard for minimum wage. This store needs help, fast.

I ordered my sub on the app and put the time for 2pm so I could pick up and it would still be warm. When I get there at 2, the subs are cold, and then i get home only to find out that they completely forgot some veggies that are even on the receipt, and added too much siracha when i listed light (less) siracha which was ALSO on the receipt.
Super disappointed. The store literally only had one customer, so there wasn’t even a rush.

Ordered online, got there sandwich was not done even-though app said it was. The bread was not ready none if it! On a lunch rush and no bread! The sandwich was skimpy. The ladies were rude don’t come here drive a little farther and get better service down the street!

Whenever I go there I always receive top notch service. The sandwich artists are always attentive and put just the right about of condiments, veggies, salt and vinegar. They have cute girls and great food what more could you ask for?

Walked in to Subway and were greeted by Lisa and Liz they were also very patient and had great customer service while they handled a large amount of guest before us, very compassionate and caring when it came down to one of the customers that was hard of hearing. They are wonderful thank you beautiful ladies!
