Stopped here for lunch while pulling of the interstate for fuel. The restaurant was under staffed, and had only one sandwich artist working. She was making sandwiches and working the register. Like a tru professional she worked through the long line of customers with a smile and was very courteous and put together an excellent sandwich this employee is true asset to this business and represents the brand well she is definitely managment material. some you want on your team, the restaurant me my expectations even being understaffed. Will stop here for lunch again when passing thru.

Staff was absolutely amazing. I stopped in for dinner with my 2 rambunctious boys after a long 12 hours in the car. The kids were over the drive. Weren’t the best behaved when we were trying to order. The staff was very understanding and kind. Waited for me to round them up. Helped me get the food ordered. Told me to stay as long as I needed, said the lounge was open for the kids to be free for as long as we wanted. They made me feel like I wasn’t alone in the world of mothering. It definitely brightened my day and I am so thankful for their kindness.

The staff is always changing…. people don’t stay long at this location .. I’ve been over charged here. Food left out here … and claims of my online order not being placed regardless of me having proof that I had and had also paid prior… the manager was awful rude about that ordeal n wasn’t much help… if you request anything extra online (special instructions etc) i suggest checking before leaving to make sure it’s done… the food is however good most the time … but they cut the ovens off one hour prior to closing.. they also will not take ur online order either if within a hour of closing.. (I think that’s company wide)… Since covod the operation hours have changed so often at this location as well as other local subways we can’t keep up .. I live close by so I do eat here some .. but not near as much as we use to … subway company wide has become redic expensive

Rude and even disrespectful staff members have caused me to take my business elsewhere today. It was my turn to order, when I told the lady that I would need 5 sandwiches she acted like it was inconvenient for her and then told me to let the guy who had just walked in to go first because he is a regular. I am also a regular! Thats fine. I will no longer frequent this establishment. They are never at their post anyway. Everytime i go there i have to wait forever before they come out of the back room
