I mentioned that the wheatgrass helps my bowels and the employee helping me was engaged & responsive and talked to me saying that those benefits are what it’s for, but also she went on to mention ginger & that her other customers do say they can actually feel the ginger help their stomach. She recommended if I was interested sometime to try their ginger smoothie. So, first, it’s hard to find an employee that is into what they’re doing, but also to have the good verbal skills to make meaningful conversation for a minute or two at a cash register.
And the other employee was clearly training a new hire. I watched the other employee really seem engaged in training, and it looked like she cared about what she was teaching – and she helped another customer without missing a beat while training. What a great example for that new hire. Great staff at this ridge park square Pulp today! And my smoothie tasted perfect. (Friday Nov 14th)

I never had an issue but the night manager 10/26/25 Is very rude and unprofessional . I called abt possibly getting another smoothie the next time I come back because the one I had was unpleasant and watery. The manager started asking me irrelevant questions. Then She said “ Well I don’t know what you want me to do about it. & “ You didn’t say anything when you were here” . I didn’t even taste the smoothie while i was inside. I also tipped. So it was a waste of my time and money. A simple “ Im sorry about that.” Could have made the service better.

Been here about 5 times now and each time. None of the work acknowledges a customer. Just to simply say, Hello. Be with you in a moment. The girls are always messing with their phone and unprofessional. I don’t want to see that your bra is black strapped with cheetah print. Today, I was denied service 20 minutes before their stated close time. The girl said they close early to prepare for closing. I heard the other parma location has a better staff. So gonna try there.
