Every year we start our guys trip with Tres Hombres, it never disappoints. The food, service, atmosphere has always been amazing. We’ve had Molly as our server every time we have gone and she is fantastic. This year we made jerseys for our Tres Hombres visit, Ashley was amazing and even when they were slammed made time to come out and take a picture with us. As someone who has worked in the service industry 20 plus years I very much appreciate the approach they take at Tres!!! Keep up the great work!

I’ve been eating here for 40 years and it never disappoints. It changes a little bit throughout the years, but the core environment and food has stayed true to the original concept. During the busy season it’s not a quick in and out type place, It’s more of an evening dining experience.

Great food, very eclectic decor with multiple levels and stairways. Shrimp nachos was great they have a sweet salsa that comes with the chips that caught me by surprise. Salsa tip mix the pico in with the red sauce much improvement. My wife enjoyed the shrimp fajitas very much. The serving sizes are huge so bring your appetite. Service was generally good if a touch slow. The availability of a beer bucket would have been nice to know before we already had four beers. The dessert nachos were a nice end to the evening. Minor nitpicks really the food trumps all of that. Just remember their only open three nights a week. Waitresses were very friendly.

This place is super busy around 6PM so be prepared to wait a little bit (don’t give in and go to the Mexican restaurant two doors down) but they don’t disappoint. The food was the best Mexican food we’ve had since we left Nevada over a year ago! Bring an appetite because you’re going to get A LOT of food. The prices are very good for what you get.
The service is top notch. If you go when it’s not crazy busy, see if you can get Molly as your waitress. She’s on the ball and a very nice person. We live 326 miles from here but we will definitely go back to this restaurant when we come back to the area for some more camping and good times.

Not for the lactose intolerant. Margaritas are fantastic. A few staff members are wonderful. I just wish everything wasn’t completely drowned in cheese! Very fun and good place, though!

I’ve been here about a handful of times and have never been disappointed. Our friends are obsessed with Tres. Any time they get to pick a couples night out, this is where we go.
My husband and I arrived early and decided to hang at the bar while we waited for our group. Ordered chips & salsa and beers. It was already busy (around 5pm) but not overly crowded yet. The staff was friendly and engaging with patrons.
Once our group of 8 was all there, we were seated. We were in the mid section of the restaurant (I guess it would be the 3rd level, just below the top section). We had not ever sat in this section before but it was cozy.
Our server was to our table quickly and had our drinks out shortly after.
We ordered a variety of foods from chimichangas, to sliders. Everyone was happy with their choices.
I can’t remember if mine was the fried burrito or chimichanga but it was sooooo good. The beans were meh and same with the rice but I’m really picky about beans and rice so it’s not completely Tres’s fault. This was the first time I had a dessert here. OMG… I’ve honestly never had a good dessert at a Mexican restaurant until tonight. A MUST order!!! (See the pics)
Prices are reasonable here. We keep coming back.

Ashleigh, our waitress, has got to be the best waitress I’ve ever had at a restaurant. She remembers our exact order, drinks, food and what we want to go. Excellent personality !!! Prices are a little higher than other Mexican restaurants in the area… but my gosh… the food is fresh and portions are huge. Love the smokey flavor of the grilled shrimp and rice and refried beans. Everything tastes great !!!

This place is amazing! The chips were so good we weren’t even hungry by the time the food got there, and that cheese! The Baja burrito was fantastic….well, the 6 bites I ate. Can’t wait for the rest today!
