Ordered chicken Alfredo pizza…2 of them. I realized I forgot to add bacon. Went to counter and an employee realized that only bacon was on it forgot the chicken. Got side of chicken added to pizza after it was cooked/baked… ♀️ Got it home and it’s the worst and so dry like no Alfredo sauce was on it barely. I understand we all have crazy days but at least remake my pizzas. They were horrible. Thanks for the effort I guess.

The night after Halloween (tonight) 2025 a little before 7pm I walked in and ordered an Italian sandwich with my 10 year old daughter, I forgot my phone in the car just outside the door so I went outside to get it, probably took 15 seconds, anyways as soon as I walked out the door my daughter was on the Steps watching the employees make pizzas when all of a sudden all the employees huddled up infront of my daughter and said how stupid I was for ordering a sandwich I just could of made at home! This is absolutely ridiculous! You have a business and I am a customer! I will never do business with this establishment! The tall blonde girl and other employees on shift should be reprimanded immediately! Infront of my daughter called her father stupid! I will take this all the way to the top! And never give my money to this establishment again!

The delivery driver apologized for being late, handed me my order, and said, “Goodnight night, enjoy your food,” as he oddly hurried back to his vehicle. I get inside, sit at my table, and finally open the box to find that the pizza had been dropped or carried on its side like a briefcase! I called the store, and it was only 2-3 minutes before they closed at midnight. The phone dial tone went on and on until finally someone picked up, then immediately hung up. I called right back. This time, the phone was immediately picked up and hung up. I called numerous times back to back with the same results. Unacceptable, I always said jokingly when ordering, “It is completely ridiculous that they ask you to pay a tip when paying online because the services are not yet rendered, I mean, what if the delivery guy carries it to the door upside down? It won’t matter to them because they’ve already received the tip for their excellent service! What a Joke! I will NEVER prepay tips again!

The management should be fired. I’m here too get a pizza and there is only one worker. Come on now. You can do better than this. If there is only one worker, then the management should be up here working. This is really upsetting watching this young man work his butt off like this.

I ordered curbside and checked in when I got there, waited in my car for at least 5 minutes and finally had to go in and get it myself. When I walked in there were at least 5 people working who all looked at me and nobody said a thing. When a guy walked up to the register he just looked at me. The pizza was ok but had hardly any sauce on it. I ordered the 2 for $6.99 each and hardly any of the items I wanted were actually $6.99. I ended up paying over $22.00 for the 2 items. I ended up giving most of it to my neighbor. If the pizza had been better I would go back… but I won’t.

I called headquarters. This is 1 of 2 complaints. My hubby had had in over 10 years. Only to have no one answer. Ugh. Only have ham on my pizza. 99% went in trash so rubbery. Ham almost like Jerky. Going elsewhere next time. Last 2 orders. I very much regret. Deleting app. Going elsewhere
