This location is a little bit difficult to reach, but it is still an active chain restaurant serving the standard Sunway fair. The soft, fresh, and chewy cookies are magnificent. Lids and straws are below the drink station.

So I ordered through doordash and that took about 45 mins to get delivered. I had 3 sandwiches and only 1 was correct. The purpose of Doordash and other outlets like that is to NOT leave the house, right? So I decided to head up there to get my food. Initially, the young guy was taking care of my order. He said they were busy so I wasn’t tripping about my order being wrong. Then the lady Cindy took over. I asked her to put a few more onions and olives because she literally barely had any on my sandwich. She get to huffing and puffing with irritation. He response, “There is a special instruction button for that.” So I’m like wow, ok. On the next sandwich I ask for no tomatoes and she was adamant that it was on the ticket. She went back and forth with me about it being on the ticket. Smh ridiculous. I spent $50 on that order and I still had to go up there, which defeats the purpose in the 1st place, just to get attitude about my sandwiches that they got wrong. Unacceptable Cindy!

Was so happy to finally find a subway that had broccoli and cheese soup just for it to look this dark… The older lady with white hair was coughing over orders, my husband ordered a chicken sandwich asked for double meat to be told she can’t give him more meat because it wouldn’t fit.. just for his chicken to be cold still after toasted!!! we were charged for an extra cup just to be told the only way to fix the error was to void the check and redo my whole meal but didn’t know what else to do because I didn’t have enough in my account to get recharged. I just asked for the cup they charged me for…

The establishment has an A/100 score on the wall, but it means nothing when the customer service is atrocious. The girl working today (her name is Summer) was incredibly rude and unprofessional. She responded to questions with “what” and had a sour attitude the entire time. I did not mind waiting for my sandwich, but it sat on the counter for about 4 minutes while she stacked orders rather than completing the first ones first. If the fly that was around had landed on it I would’ve canceled the order. Such a negative vibe to the whole place because of her, it sucks, and it reflects in the food she prepares, which I had to actually cleanse with sage at home before consuming it. That’s how bad she was. Won’t be returning here. Hopefully management makes a decision to remove Summer because she lacks basic customer service skills (or just doesn’t care to apply them) and is affecting business according to all these other reviews. Don’t bring your money here. You’re better off giving it to a different location.
