Rude people, they’re servicing a customer like he/she owns them something. They use bread that is old and sticky inside (Both, Italian bread and multi grain in my case). When you ask them to put particular pieces of tomato, they will argue with you. The worst thing is that – this is the only subway restaurant in the area. Looks like they know about it, and this is why they don’t care about quality of their food and service.

I got a Checkers cup with a dead roach floating in my drink? Also the lady who works there is extremely rude and rolls her eyes, and makes disgusted faces at you when you add more to your sandwich.

The Port Washington Blvd location has stopped taking Subway corporate coupons as well as raising prices. I understand the financial stress but I no longer think that Subway is worth it. Better sandwiches at most deli counters.

Just had the rudest guy ever! I went in to pick up lunch before my shift. After he made the sandwich, i asked him to wrap it into 2 separate packages. He said no, im not allowed to do it and never ask that again. He said he would do it this one time but not again. I apologized and he said not to say sorry. Safe to say i will not be going to this location ever again.

Don’t eat the tuna fish. It gave me a stomach ache and back pain. I ate half of the sandwich one day and had a bad stomach ache and back pain. Thinking it was something else I ate the other half the next day and got the same pains. I will never go back.
