RUDE PEOPLE RUDE! Their website says nothing about them going through Doordash! So I placed an order online and I had no idea they went through Doordash. The website DOES NOT SPECIFY AT ALL. So as I was tracking it through the website. It said delivered. It never was. Called the store to get some information on it. The lady I talked to was so rude she hung up on me twice! My husband had to call and someone finally talked to him normally! Never ever EVER WILL I GO BACK! STRONGLY STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND TO GO THERE. On top of it all they forgot 2 items. I was so fed up with it that I didn’t even bother calling the place back to get it fixed. I was fed up with the place.

I ordered online and my food was ready on time. Great experience. It was being bagged up right as I walked in. Food was hot and fresh. Staff was very polite, they smiled and gave great customer service. Will order again!

Zero stars but it made me give them 1!!! I’ve ordered from here many times, no issues. I placed an order today, received a call from a door dasher saying my order was given to someone else!!! Talked to the GM, she was rude and said we only had 2 options, get a refund which would take 3 to 5 business days or come pick it up ourselves, we told them we’d take the refund and will never order from here again!!!

I called to place an order, and the guy who picked up the phone and put it down. I stayed on the phone until I got to the restaurant, and there was no line, and I was still on hold. I spoke to Joseph, and he blamed it on another employee who was outside in the parking lot when I arrived. He offered no apology or anything. He just walked away. I drove from North 30th to the restaurant, and nobody ever picked up the phone back up. I spoke with the manager Art, and he said he would speak with the employee.

Food is excellent but the staff needs to be trained in basic customer service. I waited 20 minutes after I drove to the store for a online purchase. It was 20 minutes from the time they said my order would be ready until they gave it to me. I noticed an item missing from my order so I had to go back in the store to let them know. He said to me, you really care about fries that much? Yeah bc I paid $5 for them, he got mad at me bc they forgot something. Of course they took there sweet time getting me my fries. That was the location off of 72nd St & Pacific St. If I want wingstop I always go to a different location.

DO NOT RISK IT. Half our order was missing. I also only got nine of the ten wings I ordered and a little sliver of a wing apparently counts as a whole wing. No napkins. Tried to call the store, no answer. Pathetic excuse for a Wingstop. Listen to the reviews.

Waited over 30 minutes for a pre-ordered 30 pack while the employees kept stacking orders up in front for people that weren’t even there. There were 10 plus orders sitting waiting for people that weren’t even in the store. Prioritize better Wingstop.

Ordered delivery online, waited over an hour for my food to be delivered because it was not ready when driver arrived. When it arrived, it was terrible. Fries were limp and unseasoned, corn was unseasoned even though I specifically ordered well done and extra seasoning. I called, no answer and then drove to the store to get my food remade. Guy at the fryer had an attitude, just looking at me like I’m bothering him by coming in to get my correct order. It was so busy and they were just standing around most of the time. I do gotta give props to the girl in front. She helped me with my order, no questions asked and was the only one I saw hustling and trying to get orders taken care of. I will never be coming back to this location. Literally any other location in omaha is better than this one.
