I sometimes come here for lunch and it gets pretty busy. The employees are always trying to keep up with the line and I never have any issues with my order. Food ingredients are fresh, place is clean (with the usual dirty table expected during lunch hour), and I can get in and out when I’m in a rush.

Subway sandwiches were made incorrectly. When I called the store, she said there was nothing she could do and hung up the phone. Not even an apology. The tuna subs were disgusting .

Absolute worst customer service. Nobody speaks English and I had to repeat my name multiple times and was told that’s not my name on the receipt when it was. The skinny black guy is weird too and just gave me the most blank disturbing stare last time too. If there was a subway closer, I’d go there. I’m going to come less now. Franchise owner, paying min. wage is what this gets you. Happy?

This is a horrible place with nasty staff. The woman who took my order didn’t explain extra charges until i got to the register and when i told her she didn’t, this other woman jumped in with a nasty tone telling me she did and continued with a back and forth argument with me. She appears to be angry, aggressive, and very unprofessional. I was in shock when she said she was the manager when i asked to speak with the manager. Her name is conception. I said i would report her and she said she did not care and asked me to leave. I later google the place and saw many people have complaints about the rudeness of the staff. I will definitely never step foot in that place. Something needs to be done, the leader is rude and that’s why the staff is rude. This manager needs to be fired or trained on interpersonal skills.

This location is full of rude employees who have no sense of customer service. I am still fighting for a refund for a sandwich they could not make because they had no chicken. Instead of calling me before I drove up there, the lady handed me a receipt that said paid and wrote “no chicken” on the receipt. I requested my money back & she walked off. I had to go back to my office & I called the restaurant & the ladies there just kept hanging up in my face. I paid them $30 through the app & I received no sandwiches & I AM STILL FIGHTING FOR MY MONEY. If you patronize this location, DO NOT ORDER THROUGH THE APP. They will rob you & refuse to give you your money back. BUT THE WORST PART IS THE CUSTOMER SERVICE. No one was willing to help or send me in the direction of assistance. I have worked in Greenway Plaza for 10 years & this is THE WORST SERVICE I have ever experienced at this location. It does not matter to the people who work there, but I will hand over my money to horrible service & still receive no sandwiches.

Rude indifferent man waited on me. Dropped sandwich ingredients then just tried to re put on the sandwich. Wow! Not sanitary. No smile, terrible experience. I like the sandwiches but will not be back due to way I was treated two times.

Doesn’t listen to what you say. I said oil got oil and vinegar. I said just a couple jalapeños I got a handful. I said lettuce and spinach I got lettuce and tomato. I said salt pepper and parmesan I got neither. Didn’t even want to take the sandwich but I also didn’t want to waste the food so I bought it anyway. Not coming back to this location it’s so hard to find a decent subway.

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE SERVICE, the guy behind the counter was very slow and rude while making my sandwich, get to the register for him to tell me I can’t use a coupon that the manager refuses!!! I told him to call her and the customer behind me left because she had a coupon as well, terrible to lose 2 customers back to back over a few dollar savings, it’s not about the money it’s the principle! Be aware and drive to a better one!

I used to be regular here. But the last two orders were really screwed up. I ordered veggie delight foot long on 9/2/2022 and again on 9/14/2022 through the app. Both the times, there were hardly any veggies in there, inspite of me clearly specifying it in the order. In the 9/14 order, it was just like eating bread alone. She put more Jalapenos, though I specified less of it. I am not coming back here. Please fix the problem. So that, at least others can enjoy their meal.
