What horrible customer experience we encountered today in our home town Subway. The woman who waited on us surely did not want to be there as she threw everything we ordered on the bread never looked up at us or asked what else we would like. I started to name off onions peppers she just slid the sandwich to the younger girl and never said a word to her or us! This lady does not belong behind this counter if she doesn’t like working with the public!! We ordered 4 sandwiches but you can be sure we will never set foot in this shop again, I will drive the extra 15 miles to West Point Subway in the future.

Stopped here for lunch about a week ago. They were busy and we’re very efficient at getting me in and out with my correct order. I love that all of the employees wearing face masks practicing social distancing even amongst themselves and changing gloves any chance they got. There was even someone walking around wiping things off. Staff had an amazing attitude the whole way through. Great very clean store.

The service was quiet. My toasted sandwich was super crispy. The ends of the bread were so toasted, they were hard all the way through. The veggies were crisp, and although the amount for a veggie sandwich wasn’t very much, it tasted very good. The cashier kindly let me use my own cup for water.
