Very clean, very nice Starbucks! Not sure when it opened but would say recently! It’s so “fresh” looking and this probably has one of the best Starbucks interior decorating I have seen- open and airy and comfy! As always, good service and beverages! Good internet service and not too busy!

Cory is the most brightest ball of sunshine you could ask for. I will always go out of my way to this location. Here is why:
One random morning I was on a path I don’t normally take, my life was up in shambles, and I pulled into the drive though and went through the line. Like I said, on top of disaster after disaster, I was having a morning from hell, and was in tears when I was greeted by this beautiful soul who saw my pain and extended her hand to me. She showed such love and compassion for a complete stranger, not even like I was a regular “customer”. I wasn’t a regular, she didn’t know me. She instantly made my day better.
I now, whenever I can, go 20 minutes out of my way SPECIFICALLY because I hope to be greeted by her energy. When I am having a disastrous day, I go out of my way to this Starbucks JUST to get my soul a pick me up….and the drinks are ALWAYS PERFECT.
We need more Cory’s in the world.

Went to Starbucks in McHenry IL, and did a mobile order and ordered 4 black teas with no ice and no water. They’ve always fill up the cup all the cups before to the top. This is what they gave me today. Called the manager, she told me ,”that’s the way the come”. But they never did this before. Very Disappointed with the service. Should not offer the option if you don’t get a full cup of tea! Don’t have the option of no water no ice if you can’t do that!

Honestly, I drive a little further out of the way to this location because the drinks are more tasteful here than any other location. Cory is my favorite barista. She is so personable and has the best attitude even when the store is getting slammed with customers. She reminds me of how people in the food service should be!

This is a “Boba Tea” that includes those bubble pearls.
They need a special large straw because they are way larger than the normal Starbucks straw.
Yet!
When we get up to the drive-through window to pay for this already expensive drink, we get told. “Oh! By the way, we are all out of the special straws you need to drink this with, sorry. That will be a ba-jillion dollars, please.”
Maybe tell us “that” at the drive-through speaker as we are putting in our order?
It’s okay, NASA has already moved on to their next candidate for a rocket scientist.
Get your next drive-through order and make sure to not tell them you’re out of what they want and just substitute something else.

Person who took my order was very nice took my order and confirmed if I wanted the fruit in my drink. He wanted to make sure I wanted it and I said I did and he said perfect strawberries would be in it. I think either they did not add them in or a accidentally inhaled them when I took a sip of my drink. In the words of a meme “America explain”
