Walked in to get a footlong Italian herb and cheese and noticed the bread was under cooked and mentioned it the guy making the sandwiches. His response was that’s day shifts falt and continued making the sandwich. Need just a little more training on customer service. He was just a little rude. Your drink station is pretty much out of every flavor additive besides raspberry and vanilla. Maybe replace them or order more for stock. Have a wonderful day .

The sandwiches at this particular location are always made with care utilizing fresh ingredients, and are made exactly as ordered/requested. The service is exceptionally fast with a few workers eager to help make your experience amazing. The store is always cleaned meticulously, and the bathrooms are remarkably clean. One of the best Subway restaurants I’ve ever visited.

The food was good, however, the service was lacking. The gentleman seemed to be inconvenienced by my families presence, and the store was filthy. The soda machine looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in days, there was food on the tables, and floor, the windows were all smudged, and the restrooms were horrid. I would have preferred to use an outhouse.

Worst subway I’ve ever gone to. Rotten vegetables, missing bread and meats. Took 15 minutes to make 2 sandwiches because they are so slow. Charged me 11.29 for a wrap that had 1 scoop of meat. Meat wasn’t even warmed through and cheese wasn’t melted….. other sandwich was crispy and burnt.

If I could give this store a zero star review, I would. I placed a pickup order and when I arrived to get it, the girl who brought it out handed it to me and when I asked about the rest of my order ( my drink) she said they were out of dr. Pepper and I was only able to get one of the two cookies I ordered. When I asked if I could get a refund on those two items she told me no and I then asked if I could take a different cookie in place and a different drink. Finally got my items and then went back to my work to eat, only to open the bag and find out I had gotten the completely wrong sandwich full of items I wouldn’t eat. Had to go back to the store and have it remade, the boy who helped me made the sloppiest sandwich and informed me they were also out of the main meat for my sandwich. Like seriously? 86 the stuff you don’t have on the ordering menu then. Didn’t provide any napkins or any friendly service. 0/10 reccomend.

Just tried the Baja chicken and bacon salad and it was so good. The portion was huge and for less than $10! Would have given 5 stars if the sub we ordered was toaster. The location on W. Broadway is a pleasure to visit everytime. The staff provides great customer service which is a rarity these days.
