Gave me the smallest scoop of rice, meat, and corn. Hardly a line, but was in such a rush I couldn’t get a chance to ask for the correct amount. Only after the fact, she acknowledged that she barely gave me any rice and asked if i wanted more. Usually, I don’t have any issues, but this was a first for me. I didn’t believe it at first because normally I never had any issues, but my father weeks ago had ordered and had the same issue with the same worker.

I paid 17$ plus tip for this!! This is their Wholesome Bowl with Carne Asada. No fajita veggies, the smallest amount of guacamole, no fresh tomato salsa and it’s pretty cold. I’ve tried this location a few times, trying to give it a chance and after wasting my money yet again, I will not be returning. There’s a reason this location has a 2 star rating.
Update: I took a few bites. The meat is very dry and salty. They must have given me the bottom of the pot. Very annoyed I wasted my time and money, should have gone to McDonalds at least the food is hot there.

Waited like a dope to be helped while two employees ahead of me were ordering. The ONE person ahead of them seemed as if she was intentionally trying to take her sweet time helping them. Not one employee out of the six in the front acknowledged me, even said ‘hello’. Was the longest & rudest experience at a Chipotle but judging by previous reviews would you expect anything less?!?

ordered online and when I picked up the order it was missing the sofritas, which is the main part of the burrito. they didn’t mention this when I picked it up or say that they couldn’t fulfill the order, just gave it to me as is which ended up being just rice and lettuce. even the sticker receipt claimed there was sofritas in the order. when contacting the restaurant, they said they were out of it and to contact customer support online to get a refund. awful customer service, I’ve never heard of anything like this. why fulfill the order when you don’t even have the ingredients?
