I picked up a large hand tossed cheese pizza. This is about as simple as it gets. Every slice had anywhere from 1 to 5 air bubbles on it. Five air bubbles on one slice! I go back and this new guy says its not my problem. I asked for the manager and the manager explains that he made it and they were busy and the dough was not proofed properly. At least he knows why it had air bubbles, but still let it go out to a customer. Quality should be top priority, it is not here. He gave me a refund. However I will not be back.

I’m so disappointed with the delivery
Terrible service. My pizza was left outside the building without any call or notification. Because of the weather, it was completely cold by the time I found it. Please coach your employees to be more responsible—this is not the proper way to handle a customer delivery.

Easy access and location for Falls Church area. Always offering deals and the customer service is pretty consistently great. There a few window seats to wait for your food or eat a quick bite. Free Parking is right in front of the store. Pizza is always great and good quality. Very clear communication with regards to your order, from the app to the monitors inside the store.

I had a really disappointing experience here. My order was only $15.86, and I tried to pay with a $50 bill. The manager, Edwin, said he couldn’t break it and sent me to nearby stores for change. Subway couldn’t help, and the other store was closed. Even after I explained that, he still wouldn’t work with me.

I had more than enough money but still had to leave without my food. Very poor customer service and not how a manager should handle a simple situation.

The food was terrible! The service itself was also bad.
I brought 3 boxes of pizza this evening
1) first wrong looked like someone threw the pizza on the ground.
2) the Philly pizza looks like they used something wrong because the pizza was breaking apart when we try to pick it up.
3) third pizza we ordered was a Buffalo chicken, but there was no Buffalo sauce in it.

At this moment, Google is not letting me uploads photos.

EDIT, June 30 2021: AVOID THIS LOCATION. My rating in August 2020 was five stars. I had to change it to one star because the way I was treated was appalling. My pizza was without sauce (did not request no sauce) When I called the store to let them know, the pizza maker Ahmed was very confrontational, insisting that no sauce was on the order. He said he will make another one for us to pickup tomorrow. I am disabled as is my aunt. We do not drive. I told him we are unable to get to the store. He kept on saying that we need to pick up the pizza. I kept insisting on speaking to the person in charge. Another man came on the phone. I asked if he is the shift supervisor. He said yes. I asked for his name. He said Deese. When he offered his last name I said I’d like to have that and he said Nuts, then hung up. Absolutely disgusting behavior, I was aghast and angry. There is nothing that would make me order from this location ever again, let alone Domino’s. We will go back to ordering from local pizza shops. Once again, AVOID THIS LOCATION.

ORIGINIAL REVIEW, AUGUST 2020: Way better than the Lee Hwy location in Arlington. Always pleasant when I do carryout. I’m not sure if he still works at this location but Shakib has such an affable demeanor even when it’s busy and hectic. He happily greets customers every time.
Nearly all my orders have been well made. There was one issue with one of the delivery drivers (unprofessional, rude) but I do not think he works there anymore. Other than that my delivery experiences have been great.

I ordered stuffed cheesy bread online and prepaid. When I arrived at the store to pick it up, my food was sitting out on a metal grate and unboxed. It wasn’t covered or within any sort of warmer. I watched the worker package it and bring it to me at the counter. When I opened the box, my food was completely burnt. It was totally unacceptable so I didn’t take the food. I asked the worker for the manager’s contact information but he wouldn’t give it to me. I reached out to customer service online. Still waiting for a refund and some sort of resolution. Very disappointing. I come to this location often, so I’m really upset that this happened.

UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE, AVOIDANT staff at this store. Ordered pizza at 9:50pm. Tracker shows it entered quality control at 10:00pm. Estimated delivery time was 18-29 minutes. It is 11:15pm and our pizza still shows that it’s in quality check. It’s just been sitting there for an hour and 15 minutes. Yes, we called them. After numerous attempts, we finally got through to someone who had absolutely no customer service skills and told us “it will leave the store in 5 minutes, I think”. Then she hung up on us. That was at 10:45pm. It still has not left the store. I don’t think we’re getting our pizza. We called back to cancel it but couldn’t reach anyone. They only have one delivery driver on staff? On a Friday night? Come on. If it does show up, it’ll be past food safety standards for consumption. Way to go, Domino’s

Tracked order.

They were slow to make and then overwhelmed driver with deliveries. Took 45 minutes AFTER leaving and arrived cold. Issue is owner and management. Not the driver and staff.

And they would not pickup phone to discuss. Hung up after 30 minutes holding.
