This is a newer location of a cookout restaurant so the property itself is very new and well taken care of. There is a very pretty water fountain area as you pull into the drive-through. It’s fun watching it while you’re waiting to place your order. The food is normally good. I have had a few times that they got the order wrong but they always fixed it with not a lot of issues. For a quick late night snack it’s great!

Food is usually good. Sometimes they nuke their food but usually they are pretty consistent in their quality. Milkshakes are good, prices are more reasonable than most fast food. Usually you can order and get your food within 15 mins. My biggest complaint is their containers. The food is often so hot that it melts holes through those Styrofoam containers. I guarantee that we are consuming chemicals from the melted styrofoam.

the regular burger was absolutely tiny and my chicken wrap was miniscule. not how they’re supposed to be. also cookout sauce was just mostly mayo with a bit of ketchup in cups. idc if they mix it in store but it’s ketchup mustard mayo in a certain proportion.
not returning to this location on my drives home.
didn’t bother asking staff because of course their supplies aren’t gonna be any different one patty to the next. I’m sure if I’d ask for more chicken I would’ve gotten it but they aren’t paid enough to deal with problems

A great example of franchise standards, I have used this outlet regularly and found it consistent. They even use custom printed take out boxes and mix their own cookout sauce where other cookouts use sauce packets.
The dining room is open so you can eat in or take out with reasonable wait times for either option.

This place is absolutely horrendous. I’ve lived in Lexington for a very long time and the service gets worse and worse every visit!! The food is slowly getting bad too because they are too focused on having a bad attitude than getting my order right. Tonight we were there and it was the worst service of my life, this worker was SO mean for no reason just because I asked for something THEY messed up on. I’m honestly so disappointed in this franchise. Also, your customers don’t know how to park. Cookout do better.

It could have been a 4 star if the drive-thru had paid more attention to the drink that was dispensed. The syrup had run out and the flavor might as well been water. The fries could have been fresh instead of mixed with older cold fries.

Worst service, 3 trips back to counter to get what I ordered. Wife’s chicken was very tough. My hamburger had everything off to the side (almost missed the burger, like they stood back & threw it).

First time at a Cookout. The menu was pretty extensive, so I just aaked the girl at the counter what she liked. I ended up getting a burger and a quesadilla. Both were great, and it cost me less than $10. I probably would have ordered a bunch more if I had known it was so inexpensive. Service was great and the diningarea was clean.

Sent my grandson to pick up food thru the drive thru and he gave the lady his MasterCard to pay with and she told him they don’t accept those types of cards? Who doesn’t accept MasterCard? I called customer service and they said the only reason they couldn’t use it would be if the computer was down but it wasn’t down. Mind you he has used his card there before. Cookout do better with this situation, if not that’s 4 customers you just lost not including the others who try to use there card and is told they don’t accept it!!! Not happy!
