I ordered my order online and i had the wrong location for the order. So of course i tried calling n several times, no answer. So now im out 50 dollars n didnt get food cuz it was 50 miles away. Called next day talked to one of managers, cant remember her name about a refund i didnt expect to get one since i messed up the location, BUT they had no problem refunding my money. Thank u and fyi the number google has for u isnt working u mght wana take it off the website. Thanks again

9/5 family dinner, family of 3. Price was fair for we got all footloose and meals. The cashier Trenity (sorry if I spelled it wrong) and Tom were fabulous, perfessional, polite friendly and the subs where amazing! No left overs tonight!!. I do have one complaint, Zoe needs to work on her customer service or don’t work in the food industry. The dirty looks, eye rolls, flinging the veggies on the sandwich, the huffs, are all not needed. Yes it was the dinner hour, yes it was busy and people needed multiple sandwiches and they yes they where behind on online orders. It happens. It’s a Friday night and there was a comets game. It happens but no reason to act like your inconvenienced. When someone would ask a question to Tom or trinity Zoe would get a look on her face or would make a comment. And Tom and trinity would turn red or look at their hands. It’s negative and toxic. Customers can tell these things. And from the other reviews Zoe needs a reality check, attitude adjustment, and a job without needing people skills. Working with the public is not a strong suite!! Also two, if they’re is in-between customers make sure the floor vehid. The counter is swept, empty pans and containers are taken. Little steps help everything go smoother. Over all great food, full bellies, and trinity and Tom are great and deserve a raise!!!

They were very busy when I arrived. The online orders made it slow getting the order in but the staff were friendly and made an effort to get our order quickly.

I was the horrible customer that ordered a large pick up order for 30 mins before the store closed. One of the workers, Faye, called me to let me know they were out of one of the ingredients and was very apologetic. It was no problem and they swapped out the ingredient for me. All 4 foot longs were perfect with no mistakes, and Faye (a long with 2 other workers I didn’t catch the name of) was very nice and professional in the store!

I was the only one in line, but still felt rushed when placing my order. The staff was “friendly”, but rushed to get me through. My order was not correct even though I verbally told them what I wanted on my order. It was the small details. I ordered pickles, and received none. I ordered garlic aoli sauce and received none. My wrap was more like a ball. I will think again before visiting again.
