We ordered food from there today, and the chicken mushroom was completely raw (you can see on the picture). The rest of the food was tasting so bad as everything was cooked in burnt and old oil. Disgusting

This place has potential and is in a great location. The restaurant is clean and the staff is friendly. The negative about this place is they could be better organized dealing with online orders and walk ins. It seems like most of the front employees were working on online orders and the line for walk ins remained stagnant for a very long time and ignored. A good idea would probably be to have a separate food station to prepare and hand out online orders and a separate for walk ins. It seemed a bit disheartening for those in line to see several employees build plates right in front of them for online fulfillment while they waited order after order until they were helped.
It also took 30 minutes for my order and food could have been better. Friendly workers though.

Staff here is wonderful and has great customer service but Panda needs to put a cap on mobile orders. The influx during rushes isnt accounted for at all through mobile orders. Order wasn’t ready until 30 min after scheduled picked up, and I watched staff flip through endless orders that just kept rolling in. The crew working on 2/6/26 deserve all the praise they can get.

If I could write a review without giving any stars I would. Today I went to have a lunch with my family and the food was 100% horrible. The totally salty fried rice that I threw all away – trash. We didn’t enjoy anything. The chicken got so horrible and salty. The floor was so dirty that I had to move the food with my foot to stay at the table with my family. There was an employee cleaning the table and throwing food on the floor. Totally deserves ZERO!

AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE YOUR LIFE DEPENDS ON IT! every customer i saw was treated poorly, rudely, or ignored . I watched a poor elderly man basically begging for his food after waiting for so long. the staff DID NOT APOLOGIZE TO ANYONE AT ALL. the old man asked for a refund and the staff REFUSED HIM and were rude and told him to just wait for his food. a door dasher had been waiting 45 minutes. the line went outside it was so long. they forgot half my order and i didn’t even want to go back to let them know because the service was already so terrible so i will be getting a chargeback with my bank. i’m UTTERLY APPALLED at not only the complete lack of any functionality at this business, but the HORRENDOUS TREATMENT OF OUR ELDERLY COMMUNITY MEMBERS. Disgusting shameful establishment

The staff here are very nice however my online order was not ready until 50 minutes after my scheduled pick up time. The in person orders were prioritized over pick up orders. Panda Express needs to fix their process, it’s ridiculous for a national fast food company. The food at this location is notably worse than many others I’ve eaten at. Please help Panda Express!

Good luck getting what you ordered. Twice in a row we have ordered a cub meal with and got NO chicken, just an empty box. Both in person and online orders. I ordered broccoli beef and got…broccoli no beef. I could see a one time thing and let it go but 3 times?? I’ve worked fast food and as someone who’s still in the service industry, it really isn’t hard to make sure you put the correct items in an order.

Get this store some help and new management. Absolutely ridiculous to be standing there waiting on an online order for an hour while you watch them take care of all the walk in guests first. They don’t even send the text notifications that your orders done because apparently they’re out of the right labels (and have been for weeks), so if you show up when the app quotes you it’ll be done, have fun waiting for a half hour cramped with twelve other people waiting for their orders, while people who walked in after you got there get their food first. Happens every time I order online, and I live next door so I order often, really starting to rethink ever going back again. Staff is obviously overworked and stressed, and have no understanding of how to consolidate and work efficiently. For a store this busy, you’d think there’d be a bigger focus on guest service. I’ve never seen anyone who resembles a manager working up front, not sure if they have one or not, there’s certainly no one giving direction when they’re busy and keeping things moving correctly. Consistently awful experience.
