Ordered a pizza a week ago and even though the app said it was delivered, no pizza arrived. We called the store and were told that it was delivered next door (our neighbors confirmed it wasn’t, plus husband went outside to locate it since it was a contactless delivery, and no pizza). We called back so they would deliver it again, and they told us we had to pay for delivery again (even though nothing was delivered in the first place). I told them to refund me, and a week later, no refund. I called tonight to figure out what’s going on, and the person I spoke with told me to call back tomorrow. They’re clueless, unprofessional, and have no explanation for the undelivered pizza. Going to share this with our neighborhood so people stop ordering from there.

Ordered Parmesan cheese bites and they give me garlic knots. When I asked they argue it is the same bread. Why would you have same item with two different pictures and names and fight with us saying it is same bread. Probably it is my last order here. Bad customer service and they are not answering center apologetic in giving different dish than I ordered and more so justifying it.

awful location. just ordered a pizza at 11am on a Tuesday, cancelled the order at 12:30pm because it still wasn’t here and allegedly hadn’t even been made yet. last time i ordered, my pizza arrived in complete disarray and I had to count the pieces to make sure none of it had been eaten. Ridiculous! Waited an hour and a half for my delivery and called the store and the driver was still not even at the store to deliver my order . Store didn’t want to offer anything for the wait saying it’s not their problem and that their super busy ! So I just told them to cancel it when their email states a delivery of 39-49 mins .

So we love the pizza but hate the fact the delivery driver can’t follow our simple request. We usually get contactless delivery and ALWAYS write on the receipt to please not knock because it our dog is hyper vigilant and barks up a storm and wakes our baby. TWICE this has happened. Please don’t be that guy. Give us tired and hungry parents a break so we can enjoy our pizza in peace.

I ordered via the Domino’s app, as I usually do for Domino’s. Waited patiently and looked for updates on the app, super helpful. Only to receive a call an hour after ordering and 30 minutes after the order was completed stating that the 1.6 miles to my location is outside of this locations delivery area. Frustrated I asked what my options are and the team member explained that I could cancel or pick up the order that had been prepared and sitting. I opted to cancel. Delivery zones aren’t this team members issue, the app is at fault here (since it auto selected this location) however, I would have appreciated more thoughtful attention on the part of the team member. I will still order from the location that is only 1.5 miles away.
