My bf walked in at 4:45 pm 7/19/25 to pick up a mobile order. The girl at the counter asked one question if it was to pick up a said mobile order. He confirmed it and she picked it up, handed to him, and left without a word to goof off with her friend sitting on the counters in the back. No one should be sitting on counters in food service as it’s very unsanitary. She also never handed him the drinks we ordered so we had to grab them from the fridge. They caused an unwelcoming display and uncomfortable/awkward situation. I do not appreciate being given food while someone is sitting on the counter where food is kept.
The food was fine but the amount of terrible customer service is disgraceful and disrespectful.
We got sick after eating the sandwiches. I’m talking flu/fever type sickness right after eating them.

Wife and I had a lunch date, we decided on subway because it was close to her work place.
The people there were very friendly and courteous and did a great job.
The sandwiches were very good and no complaints!!!

Ordered a cold cut and named it Reupert. After several days, Reupert began smellling terrible, but a shower only made things worse. Manager recommended I freeze him. Best advice ever! Smell went away and I still have my best friend! Reupert has been lonely while I’m away though. Must go back and get another pet sandwich!!!

I just ordered two 6 inch subs from this restaurant and not only was I completely disgusted with the rotten tomatoes and brown lettuce in addition the person who handled my bread was clearly a very heavy smoker because the bread smelled like I inhaled a pack of cigarettes, but these disgusting pathetic excuses for dill pickles definitely not vinegar based and putrid (maybe let customers know this) I’ll make a point to avoid anyone who runs this store and any other store.
