Got a 6 inch on italian herbs and cheese. I found 4 hairs inbedded in the bread. They would NOT give me a refund for my sandwich. They stated they could make me a new one. Absolutely not. Why would I want another sandwich with potential hair in it. Do Not go to this location. Disgusting.

Shout out to Dylan at Otisville Subway… I called to order a 6″ sub, not realizing they were about to close. He was kind enough to wait an additional 10 minutes after closing time, so I could get the sub I’d been craving all day. (5 meat Italian). There aren’t many people that would be so considerate. Thanks again, Dylan! You’re the best!

Mama delucas was the absolute worst pizza Ive ever attempted to eat. It wasn’t cooked all the way, sauce made it soggy, toppings were raw. Complete waste of money. Tried the subway a few weeks later, typical subway quality. Plus they dont accept actual subway coupons here! Great effort displayed at this establishment.

We orders a small (8 -10) piece boneless wings, we got 7 and 2 tiny fried droppings from the grease I assume, ( see photo below). The churro tasted like chemicals, I had to spit it out. The staff was very friendly and courteous, the food was not good.

The workers are usually always pleasant. The food is good, and prepared how liked..this time was just pretzels but they were amazing!! We always get them with no salt and have had no issues!!
