Ordered 2 meatball subs. Drove home only to find that the meatballs are burnt. Can’t even eat it. Call to tell them we will be bringing them back for a full refund. Was told they don’t give refunds. WHAT?!?! wasted my time and money. Will NEVER go there again!!!

I usually use drive thru. Opted to go in last visit. Waited over ten mins at counter, staff remained in back room, never checking to see if the had a customer. I watched them walk past the doorway and never look to see if they had a customer. There was no bell to ring, and after ten mins we left.

I was really excited to try the new menu but then the sub I had been craving with the avacado slices was not really available since they didn’t have any slices, just mashed up with sea salt, it just wasn’t the same thing I’m sure. Everything was still fresh and very similar to the old subway but I felt if they’re boasting new menu items they should have the correct ingredients to properly prepare them. Other than that I noticed the sweet onion teriyaki was a different blend, much richer and requires much less sauce.

We ordered 11 Subs forgot two of them so we had to go back go get them get home my sub didn’t have any mayonnaise on it which it was supposed to have extra mayonnaise

Had the new Subway DeLuca’s pizza last night. I was hoping for above average and was surprised with excellent!! This is the best fast food pizza I have ever had. Fresh hot and tasty.

Honestly if I could give zero stars I would. After working all day long wanting to bring food home for my children, which the owner was well aware of as she opened the door for me and over heard my husband and me talking about our long day of work we ended up walking out with out our meal. We asked the employee working if they accepted a buy one get one free coupon as to which he said yes, so we continued to ordered 2 of the best subs to enjoy with our family. Once we get to the counter the red haired probably owner says oh I dont accept this coupon for such an expensive sub…. So we walked out. Both my husband and I work with in the food industry, I would never deal with a guest in that manner just because of a coupon that they received in the mail. Customers come first lady. I hope you enjoy our delicious subs. Thank to Clio subway we could feed our children. They accepted the coupon with no questionand the food is fantastic.

Food is always cold. The last 4 times I’ve been there they messed up my order and substituted a different wrap without telling me. If they’re out of something that’s fine but don’t change the order without telling the customer first… zero stars if i could since they were rude about messing up 4 orders in a row and just said “it happens”
