I recently visited Taco Bell and had an experience that left me disappointed with the level of customer service provided.
I ordered a refresher drink and politely requested that it be made with club soda instead of water, which is a very simple substitution. I fully understand and respect that some menu items may have limitations; however, the request was denied without a clear explanation or any attempt to accommodate or offer an alternative.
What was most concerning was not the refusal itself, but the manner in which it was handled. The response felt dismissive, and there was no effort made to provide customer-focused service or solution. As a paying customer, I believe reasonable customization requests especially ones that do not add cost or complexity should at least be addressed respectfully.
This location appears to dismiss customer concerns rather than engage professionally, which is unfortunate. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving customer service standards, accountability, and consistency, so customers feel heard rather than brushed aside. I know the staff is familiar with me. That makes it even more disappointing that my request wasn’t considered with care. I am sharing this review in hopes that it leads to meaningful improvement.

Been a while since I been to Taco Bell. I was pleasantly surprised by the Quality and Quantity of food. Very Good, fresh and filling. Thanks to CJ for running a great location, And Rasheeb for taking care of us. Very Good experience!

Getting in late, went thru drive thru. The only thing is we tried to order the apple empanadas, and were told they discontinued them. But a friend got them just last week. So if you’re just out of stock why lie??

I went during my lunch break and decided to head inside so I could set up my order on the computer to help make things easier for them and for me. I proceeded to place my order and clicked the “pay with cash.” Button. I then proceeded to stand there for 20 minutes at the counter without so much as any acknowledgment from the staff in any manor as my lunch time melted away. This lead me to leaving and mentioning loudly to the staff- thanks, I’ll just go hungry for lunch. I appreciate it.

Terrible service. Drive through line took forever with only 2 cars in front of me. When I got my food I was missing an item and had to go inside to get it. When I walked in with receipt and explained issue they had me go back to my car to bring the bag just to have them basically touch all my food to verify I wasn’t lying. Worse part was them touching and verifying my food. Did not feel clean after. Treated like I would lie about missing one taco. Used to love this place but has declined.

The fact I have waited over 20 minutes plus (stopped counting after that) just for some nachos is absolutely ridiculous.
Only two workers in the kitchen and one worker seems to have broken hand so can’t help much I guess.
