Wonderful food experience! Wonderful service and eating environment! Even the excellent pictures on the website can’t do justice to this beautiful, immaculately kept dining room! The food tastes as good or better than the pictures and the quantities are so generous! Every selection was cooked to perfection and we ordered a variety! Delicate delicious Fish, tender Italian steak, the tastiest corn muffin and greens; Deep fried okra, mushrooms, onion rings and fries! The service was friendly, speedy and correct and the prices fit our budget!!

Fried fish is prepared after you order. So it’s hot and crunchy! Great selection of sides. Needless to say, after that long of a hiatus, they still don’t disappoint. Best fried fish in town. I have always pre ordered and picked up in the window. I was always greeted with a smile service was very good. I have never eaten inside. Very busy on Fridays and Saturdays. 50 years in the business can’t be wrong. They got the taste!

The have good fish but funky attitudes. I remember when they were a hole in the wall with no dine in seating…those apparently were their more humble days. The could garner a far more favorable review of their staff was friendly & didn’t act like you were interrupting their day.
