Subway has, over the past few years, gotten away from great sandwiches into the mindset of giving you the bare minimum for the cost. While other competitors are giving you the feeling, you are getting more for your money. Subway charges you extra for everything that isn’t on the official listing for the sandwich. I also feel like they measure out every piece of meat to the T and will actively pull it off it they gave you 1 slice to many. These are franchised stores, and owners can do what they want, but I just prefer the Jersey Mike’s or Jimmy John’s to the Subway sandwich now.

One of my first district management positions was with Subway in Bristol TN and I have never felt the need to complain about quality and service from Subway until now! Portions were minuscule, even with the vegetables! I would say customer service was lacking, but that would be an understatement! If I was still a district manager, was Subway in Bristol this individual would be fired by me on the spot! Chances are though he’s the owner or related to the owner so I don’t expect anything to take place! But I promise you subway! You do not want people like this representing you this way! If I could give zero stores, I would!

After this happening countless times between 9:30pm and 10pm, i have had enough. We pulled up at 9:45, and when we got out of the car, the workers rushed to lock the door and turn the lights off. The sign clearly says they close at 10 pm on Tuesday (today is Tuesday, 7/31/2018).

There are several Subways closer to home but this one is top notch. Its worth the drive to be satisfied. Fresh produce.(spinach isn’t slimey) they seem to always have several breads to choose from. Other subways seem to always be out of more than 2 breads to choose from.

I love Subway. My only problem here is that when I ask for any kind of sauce on my sandwich, they put so much on it, the sauce is all I can taste. I am updating my review. I recently found out you can request the sauce on the side and they will put it in little lidded cups so you can add what you want later. Now I think it’s perfect!

Ordered online. You cannot select Coke Zero on the app (only Diet Coke) so asked to substitute when I was picking up my order. Manager refused for no apparent reason. My soda had not been poured yet – so I was confused about why I couldn’t change the flavor. I offered to pay the difference if there was one (Coke Zero comes in a bottle only). He told me I could not, I would have to purchase two drinks to get a Coke Zero. Rude or could not understand what I was asking – not sure which.
