Ordered multiple times from this location and never had an issue then we decided to order online and pick up. Got home and sandwiches were made wrong with wrong bread. Allergies forced one from being eaten. Traffic is terrible getting to this location from home so there was no going back. Called number on bottom of receipt like it says to do and no one answered, Contacted Subway customer service and manager replied next day and I responded back but 13 days later still hasn’t responded back to my follow up emails so this location is not worth going back again.

The drive through cashier was rude. He didn’t say my total or my order when I pulled up, just stared at me. I gave him $20 because the computer I ordered on said $18.78. Now he decided to tell me my total was $20.09. I ask if he’s sure because the computer said $18.78. He rudely reads my order and repeated the $20.09 total. I give him another dollar and he gives me the change. I ask for the receipt. He seemed annoyed as he snatched it off the line of receipts. I looked at it quickly and realized the $18.78 was before tax. I tell him thank you. Then he just stared at me. I say Thank You again and a little louder, then he slammed the window closed. Almost immediately I get my order (which is very impressive at this Subway because they are always slow.) I pulled around front and figured I would give immediate feedback. It says on the receipt, “If it’s not right….I will make it right!! Call me Jermaine Ricks” and the phone number. I tried calling, but it just rings and rings and no one picks up. 1 star for the service, but the food isn’t bad.

Pay extra for meat not extra at all also drive extra miles to use drive thru not working at all seems down months ago, also is the smoke shop inside subway? Strong smell!!!!! Bad bad bad

why does it say you close at 10 if you’re never there? been to this location several times and they’re always unreliable. today i showed up at 8pm and walked up to the seemingly opened restaurant only for the door to be locked canceled uber eats orders for no reason. sign says open, lights are on, doors locked? doesn’t seem open to me. literally nobody in sight. extremely disappointed. going to be contacting the management whenever they decide to answer my call.

Came on a Tues afternoon, 230pm, after 5 hours driving, 2nd day of a 16+hr long trip, and the man and woman working together were the nicest! Super pleasant and friendly. Seemed to enjoy their job, welcoming everyone that came in. I had 4 12 in sandwiches in my order. Mostly all the same with 1 with cheese. By accident they put cheese on one that didn’t want it and they had no problems fixing it. Best subway I’ve ever been too and the sandwiches were delicious. Having moved here a year ago I found subways to be lackluster. I’ll drive 2 hours for this one!

I ordered three sandwiches and made them meals through the SUBWAY® app for delivery. I received my three sandwiches, but I did not receive any of the drinks or any of the sides. When I tried to call the store to correct it. Nobody answered the phone, but when DoorDash called them, they answered, I reached out to corporate and an area supervisor by the name of Arturo Bowen responded to me two days ago asking for more information for the refund of the things I did not receive . I sent him a copy of my receipt. I sent him the last four digits of my card number use, which was on the receipt anyways and my email associated with my account and my name like he asked. Have not received a response or a refund. Not to mention this is not the first time that this has happened. This is the third time from the same location I don’t understand where customer service has gone wrong since we came back from lockdown nobody knows how to talk to anybody or greet anybody or fix anything. Worst experience, including the area supervisor and that number on the bottom the receipt that says if it was not so great call me and I’ll fix it. Well, you don’t answer your phone. and apparently even a corporate office supervisor doesn’t respond either. This is stealing by the way I paid in full and only received half my order.

2 male employees wed dec 28. 2022 gave me burnt bread, crumpled up meat, scarce vegetables. Would not give me extra, put them in cookie bag not even in a plastic container. Tasted horrible. Tried calling 2 days, let it ring 10minutes, noone answered. Noone takes pride in their work anymore. Such laziness!!!

Came here tonight (August 7 2022) at around 840pm. The girl who made my sandwich made me the BEST sandwich I’ve ever had at a subway. I know, you choose what goes in the sandwich so it’s kinda up to you how good it is. But I get the same sandwich at every Subway I go to and it has never been as good as this one. It tasted SO fresh and she put the PERFECT amount of every ingredient on it. GIVE MY GIRL A RAISE!! I wish I got her name. Also, this location is really clean and chill compared to the other Subways in the area. I’m definitely gonna keep coming to this one.
