This particular Subway is so stingy with the items needed to make a sub that it’s ridiculous, the American Club with bacon that I ordered was so flat, looks nothing like the picture on the menu, I would have been better off going to a competitor, I have never had a sub that was so small it may as well have been a slider, and the manager had the nerve to defend his incompetent employee. I actually took a picture of the sub he fixed for me right in front of him because I couldn’t believe my eyes,I honestly don’t know how they are able to use Subway name they’re literally destroying the subway reputation. I will never spend my money there at that subway again.

I have shopped at this location for several months now. Finally got a coupon in the mail and they refused it. Their exact words were, “We except every coupon except that one.” (Which was followed by a conversation amongst themselves and laughter.) Honestly, I’d rather they had said they don’t except any. The customer service was brash and rude. There was a very weird energy in there that was not welcoming. The tuna sub that I ordered tasted as if the tuna was bad. The lady who fix my sub kinda coughed in the air over the food. I will never returned to this subway. I feel slightly sick to my stomach. I had to throw the rest of my sub away after only a few bites. STAY AWAY!

Ok, Subway…please…DO NOT hire people who can not make a sandwich!!! This was an unusual encounter and very aggravating to say the least. The preparer was inexperienced, uninterested and clearly had never made anything in a restaurant except maybe reservations. The line kept getting longer and as the word spread and the evidence was clear, it didn’t take long for customers to make their exit. Not good.

They have idea how to run a business but sure know how to get rid of customers permanently… You might want to rethink your business strategies when being so cheap about something so little makes you lose more money in the long run by losing my business for good… And your portions are tiny and your food looks old and dried out. Plenty of better food options with better ownership in the walmart parking lot.

This location is in a Wal-Mart. I just watched an employee, who was standing at the urinal beside me, walk out without even glancing at the sink. I then observed him walk straight to the back kitchen area. I won’t be eating there.
