Ordered Calzone, each topping is $1, great price!! Fresh ingredients, ordered with spinach and mushrooms, extra cheese. A little doughy on inside, but still had great flavor and portions, would order again. I’ve had their Beef roll with Aus Jus and added hot giardenera which was very tasty as well. Parking lot is a bit tight, carry out only. Staff was pleasant and helpful.

Made order got exactly what I ordered, extra cheese got extra cheese and all 4 other toppings all over. Beautiful pizza tastes fanominal!!!! Most places extra cheese you don’t get. But perfect extra cheese all toppings in evert bite. So happy taste buds are!

I really enjoy the pizza here. It’s the best in DeKalb in my opinion. The service is always great, never a long wait time, even when it’s busy. Always properly staffed and efficient. One of my favorite things about Vinny’s is the hours. Open til 2 or 3am (I work second shift so I sometimes get pizza this late). The point system and rewards are a nice addition, too.

Vinny’s used to be one of my go to spots, and I always had a good experience there. Lately, though, the girl who answers the calls has been pretty rude and comes across with what feels like a forced American accent that sounds insincere. I am not asking for a fake smile or over the top friendliness. Just basic respect and courtesy.

Placed an order for food delivery at 6 o’clock due to it being a Super Bowl Sunday. Place this order at 11 o’clock to give them plenty of time to plan. Besides the cocky little people on the phone it is now almost 7 o’clock and they still can’t tell me when my pizzas will be here for my teenagers’s party. if you want something reliable, don’t call here

FOUND A HAIR IN MY PIZZA. Brittany was very kind when I spoke to her. I explained that I had pictures and that I wanted a refund, not a remake or credit. She explained and directed me to Slice, the third party company. I spoke to their rep and they explained they would contact the store to be given authorization from the store on what could be refunded. I explained that I had spoken to Brittany and why I wanted a full refund, thinking Brittany would be like of course you get a full refund, why would you want to risk the sauce having hair in it in another dish? Like…If I found a hair in the pizza, why would I eat anything else I got from there? So the rep…She informed she would relay the message. They only authorized the pizza refund. Blew.
Now I completely understand losing money. We in a recession but I found a 14in long hair baked INTO the pizza. I’ve picked up in there, I see who makes the pizzas. I love me some Vinny’s. It slapppps. But come on. We got to do better. I will be back but we are definitely on a break.
