Went there this evening. Guys ate non smiling like they hate their job. Did not pay attention to our requests, kept asking us what we wanted on sandwiches after being told several times already. I did notice that the bread has gotten a bit smaller too.

I ordered a #10, and my very clueless boyfriend didn’t know exactly what to get. Two of the staff (im sorry I don’t know your names) automatically started suggesting their favorites, saying what options they had and were so patient! We ended up having a good conversation for 10 minutes with them. I love the staff and their kindness and friendliness, for sure will be coming back for more I wish I knew their names because they deserve recognition for being awesome!!

The district manager of the East Broadway Location is very rude and would help me with an obvious issue. I ordered online and the transaction was pending against my bank account. Instead of trying to help me figure out what went wrong, she proceeded to be the most unprofessional person I have ever seen. Instead of stepping aside and helping me while there were at least 2 other people working, she just proceeded to keep telling the customers behind me, “I can help you.” Insinuating for them to just cut in front of me because my order didn’t matter. I may not look like it, but I have a degree in business and if I had ever walked in and seen one of my employees treating a customer like that they would have been fired on the spot. I will NEVER return to this store and I would like whoever is above this rude, unhelpful, and unprofessional woman to contact me regarding this issue. This is the only way I was able to reach out considering she wouldn’t give me contact information for anyone above her. She only said, “You can go on Subway.com.”
