I stopped here for lunch today. I order a 6 inch on wheat bread with all of the fixings etc. It was during the 12 o’clock lunch hour and although there were quite a few of us in line, they kept the line moving and provided cool customer service. I even went back for a drink refill. I didn’t give them a 5 star because no one actually made eye contact with me, they were talking at me but not to me.. but maybe because they were so busy.

If I could give this Subway a 0 I would. The worker, not sure his name, was extremely rude. We came in at 8:50 and it said they closed at 10 but he immediately tried to tell us he was already closed. Then he decided to serve myself and one other person but frequently complained about what we were ordering. He even said “you are asking for too much.” He barely warmed the bacon for my BLT so I politely requested he put it back in and he threw it into the oven with the other person’s food, which did nothing for my bacon. He also began mixing up the sandwiches and putting the wrong toppings on to the wrong sandwiches. Then drenched both in our requested sauce so it was almost impossible to correct his mistakes once we got back to our hotel. Overall this was a horrible experience and I wish this place never got any of our money.

This location delivers expected service in a very effecient manner. Those sandwich artists are industrious; in other words, they do not waste your lunch break. They try their best to maintain food quality. However, this location is always busy during the events. You can expect some traffic. Some people often do get in their nerve.

1 star since I can’t rate any lower. These people are very rude. Never said hello to any of the customers. Man behind counter became upset because I asked for spinach from the fresher container. He slung my food to the next person & said “She will do it”. After “She” reluctantly fixed my tuna sub she threw it to the cashier. I told her not to throw my food…tuna everywhere. I told him to take it off because I was not paying for it.

They ran out of dressing as well as toppings for the subs. The staff was slow and sloppy at making the sandwiches. It is not that hard to make a sub at Subway but they acted like they were fixing a rocket. I get that they may have been super busy that weekend but it sounds like even when they’re not busy these problems are consistent.

When I went there, the employee put cucumbers in my sandwich even though I asked them not to. The staff didn’t even wash their hands when my friends and I had ordered vegetarian sandwiches. The bread was also very hard, and it seemed old. When i tried to eat it, I would have to use a lot of force. The staff was also unfriendly. I asked them to put certain vegetables, and they rolled their eyes and ignored me. I hate this Subway, and I am never going here again for sure.
